Welcome to Casa Paraiso. Here you’ll find quiet luxury in this tropical paradise, executive home. Located at 4 Glenview Manor, just 5 homes from the sandy beach shores of the Gulf of Mexico, in a quiet residential neighborhood of million dollar homes. Casa Paraiso offers three large bedrooms, and three full bathrooms, with a beautiful electric heated, in-ground pool and screened in lanai. It sits on a deep water canal, and offers direct fishing and boating right from the backyard or across the street from the front of the house as well. Decorated in rich Mediterranean colors and style, it will please even the most discriminating client. Whether you choose to stay a month or the whole season, this home will make you want to return again and again.
There is quick access to the bay, from the new boat dock with lift, and then only minutes to the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Publix grocery store is 3 blocks away, making grocery shopping super convenient, even during season. The beach is just a minute walk from the house where you’ll find seven miles of white, sugar sand to walk along and enjoy. Island shopping and the movie theatre are just a two miles away. Casa Paraiso is a one of a kind, ground level, tile barreled roof, stucco home, that is unique to the island from its surrounding waterways.
With over 2000 square feet of living space you’ll find large, open, spacious, airy rooms, with sleeping for a maximum of 8 persons. The living room has a large picture window that overlooks the front canal and Estero Bay. It’s a spacious bright room great for relaxing in. Here you’ll also find a day/trundle bed for an additional sleeping area to the three main bedrooms. The trundle bed can be used as a single bed or enlarged to a king size bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all newer, modern appliances, along with everything you could want or need for preparing your meals. Decorated in rich, bold colors it will inspire your cooking. It opens to the family room and dining room area and overlooks the pool deck, allowing you to connect with your family and friends while preparing delicious meals. Enjoy eating those meals poolside at the numerous dining options under the lanai, or at the beautiful wood carved dining room table in the formal dining room.
The family room is a grand room in itself. From the expansive wall of sliding glass doors, to the large masculine entertainment center, and comfortable leather furnishing, this room will captivate you. Here you can connect to the internet using the free DSL service provided, catch your favorite TV show, or watch a movie on the DVD player.
Your favorite area will most likely be the pool deck and sitting areas under the lanai. Cool off in the large in-ground heated pool or take an afternoon siesta poolside on one of the many loungers. Sitting poolside you’ll feel as though you are in your own tropical paradise. It’s secluded and private. Venture out of the lanai onto the new dock and enjoy fishing right from your own backyard. Rent kayaks or a boat for the day, or bring your own, and enjoy boating from the backyard.
At the end of the day in paradise retire to one of the two master suites in this home. Both offer a queen size bed with walk-in closet, and private ensuite full bathrooms. Each of the two master suites open to the lanai and pool area, and have their own in-room TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds, its own in-room TV, and a full bathroom that is directly outside the bedroom in the hallway.
This home is the perfect get-a-way for the large family or multiple couples looking for a luxurious, tropical vacation home. A no smoking, no pet policy has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests. The maximum occupancy of this home is limited to 8 total including all children. All linens have been provided for your use, including beach towels. We’ve also included beach and pool toys and books for your use during your stay.
For those of you who want a truly relaxing vacation, we offer full concierge service, daily housekeeping and turn down services. Let us know how our concierge can assist you. We can arrange for special occasion items to be waiting for you, or that special someone in your party, upon your arrival. Groceries, fresh fruit baskets, floral arrangements, limo/dinner packages, an in-house massage, are all things that we can arrange for you to make your vacation ultra special. Catering of your special event can also be arranged.
Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida where you can swim with dolphins and manatees or search for shells and sand dollars. Charter boats, jet ski’s and parasailing rentals are within walking distance. Enjoy a day or night out on the Casino boat or take the Key West Ferry for a day adventure to Key West. Catch some of the local artists at one of the many beach bars, enjoy great restaurants and fantastic shopping. Looking for something to do after the beach? There are numerous golf courses, mini golf, frisbee golf, libraries, a movie theater, water park, and much, much more. Further out you can enjoy museums, the Shell Factory, the Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center, Naples Zoo, or an Everglades Airboat or Swamp Buggy adventure.

Our family rented this house in November 2010 and loved it. It is spacious and comfortable. Loved the location with a canal front and back and close to the beach and the Publix store. The pool was warm, WIFI reliable and the rental company handled everything quickly and efficiently. Great spot to settle in for a vacation.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
