We offer a DIRECT BEACH-FRONT view from our beautiful GROUND-FLOOR condo.
Please note that we just renovated our condo in September 2009...new tile floors that look like antique white-washed wood planks, new bathrooms with Cararra marble countertops and Kohler plumbing fixtures, new beadboard and baseboards, new rugs and linen draperies, etc. Our unit is by far the nicest two-bedroom/ground-floor unit available for rental at the Southeaster.
The second photo was taken from our family room. You will also have this view from the kitchen, dining area and master bedroom.
Picturesque and relaxing grounds offer 2 large pools (1 heated), 2 baby pools, 2 tennis courts, basketball court, and shuffle board. The courtyard looks like a resort. No Drive Beach!!! :-)
Please note that the Southeaster was just renovated...new stucco, paint, roof, windows, pavers, landscaping, lighting, walkways, railings, etc. It looks beautiful!!!
Our master bedroom has a King-size bed and the guest bedroom has two Twin beds. All of the beds have brand new Pottery Barn linens, down comforters, and fresh comfy pillows. The master bedroom has cable TV and sliding glass doors to a second patio overlooking the beach. Master bath features a shower while the guest bath offers a tub/shower.
The family room has cable TV, DVD player, VCR, CD player, stereo, and a few DVDs. The dining table seats five. And, we have a blow-up mattress (full-size) for the family room.
We offer all the comforts of home including coffee maker, ice maker, answering machine, ironing board, iron, toaster oven, and blender. The kitchen is fully stocked (including brand new china). Linens provided. The laundry room is located just a few doors down from our unit.
ACTIVITIES:
New Smyrna offers activities such as fishing, golfing, boating, shopping, & biking. There are great restaurants such as JB’s Fish Camp, Chase’s on the Beach, Spanish River Grill, Norwoods, etc.
New Smyrna Beach is located 1 hour from Orlando. (Disney, Sea World, Universal, Orlando International Airport, Premiere Outlet shops, etc.). Kennedy Space Center is located 45 minutes to the south & Daytona Beach Speedway is located 20 minutes to the north.
NOTES:
• No Smoking or Pets Allowed (strictly enforced).
• NO Children Under Age 6 Allowed. We just replaced our bedding with pretty white Pottery Barn linens. And, our cream sofas give the unit a clean coastal feel. So, we hope that you understand our policy on young children to keep our condo stain-free.:-)

- Linens Provided: ALL NEW Linens!!! Master bedroom has 400 thread count white sheet sets with a Ralph Lauren soft cotton blanket and Pottery Barn down duvet. The second bedroom has twin sheet sets, quilts and down duvets from Pottery Barn. All pillows are brand new with soft hypoallergenic pillow protectors. All beds have top of the line mattress protectors...soft terry-cloth feel on the top with a plastic coating on the bottom to protect the mattress. You will never feel like there is something scratchy or plastic in our beds!!! All beds have a pillow-top mattress. You will feel like you are sleeping in a nice hotel. We have a closet full of plush white towels for the bathrooms and plenty of oversized beach towels. There are also Restoration Hardware kitchen towels. And, we have a set of 400 thread count white sheets for the inflatable queen-sized matress. Additional blankets and pillows are in the linen closet.

We chose to buy a beach condo at the Southeaster because of the wonderful families and beautiful courtyard area. We have so many close family friends that have owned at the Southeaster for decades. We feel blessed that our children are also able to create special memories at the beach with their friends from the Southeaster. The friendships and fun times at the Southeaster are priceless!
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
New Smyrna is only an hour away from our home in Winter Park, Florida. However, the Southeaster feels like a real get-away. The property has never looked better. We recently completed a major renovation...NEW stucco, paint, roof, railings, pavers, landscape lighting, and landscaping. The Southeaster sits on five acres of beachfront property (no-drive beach). The two pools and two baby pools sit in a beautiful courtyard overlooking the beach. The courtyard looks like a resort at night with the illuminated palms, weeping hibiscus trees, and paver walkways.
