Situated atop the Berkeley hills overlooking the San Francisco Bay, our home is a wonderful retreat just minutes away from the famous Berkeley Gourmet Ghetto, UC Berkeley Campus and the beautiful Tilden Park, the largest regional park in California. Our home is light and spacious, with big windows and French doors opening into a private courtyard with an outdoor fireplace and herb garden.
There are hardwood floors, large windows, skylights, a deck with views, and a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and has gorgeous unobstructed views of the SF Bay, Golden Gate Bridge, and Marin. The sunsets are spectacular!
We have 2 lovely cats who are quiet and unobtrusive. We will be traveling and would love to find responsible, clean tenants to stay here while we are away. House comes fully furnished with all amenities.
