Enjoy the "Magic of Stowe" in the comforts of our wonderful (2 BR, 2 BA) year round getaway.
Scenic, panoramic mountain views visible from living area. Two sliding glass doors lead out to a private deck at yard level with comfortable patio furniture. The living room, well equipped kitchen, and dining room are open spaced with a gas fireplace. Condo is equipped with wifi.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the guest/kids room has two twin size beds. Beds have fluffy alternative down quilts.
COMPLEX REC BUILDING: Hot tub, sauna, heated swimming pool, game room, and laundry facilities. Tennis court and playground.
WINTER activities: Cross country/downhill skiing (a shuttle transports from the complex to Mount Mansfield), ice skating, sleigh rides, snowmobiling, snowshoeing..
ALL-SEASON: Shops within walking distance, restaurants, pubs, a 5 mile walking path which runs along a brook, sight seeing, and of course the wonderful town of Stowe.

Why the Owner Chose Stowe
One winter, my family took a vacation to Stowe, and stayed at a local motel. We were so taken with Stowe, that we decided to stop at a realty to check out what condos were going for in the area. One thing lead to another, and we were shown a few condos at Mountainside Resort and also checked out a few condos at other resorts before we left for home. We both instantly loved the location of our condo and especially loved that it was private and has a panaramic view of the Green Mountains off the deck. We were told the price, and as we drove home, discussed this particular condo. We called the realtor, before we arrived home, and put a bid on the condo, and the rest is history.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
My four kids with a few spouses, my husband and I have stayed at the condo for family gatherings. The condo was big enough for us all to stay there with the help of a blow up mattress. We had a great time, as we were never at a loss for things to do. We went hiking, skiing, ice skating, browsing around the shops in town. Down 108 we went to the apple cider/wine tasting store, stopped at cabot cheese, and took scenic drives are the area. Whenever we go there, it just seems magical. One time there was a winter festival at night with fires in the bins in town, another time there was a blown up hot air balloon that could be seen outside our doors, and fireworks that we could also see while eating dinner. Nice thing to have dinner by. We always look forward to going to the condo.

My husband Kevin and I are both avid skiers and love to hike and kayak. We live in a beautiful part of NY which is in the hamlet of Phoenicia, in the Catskill Mountains. Kevin is the Manager of a local tex/mex restaurant and I am a Registered Nurse at the city hospital. My four children are grown and out of the house, so that gives me time to pursue my love for painting. However, the house is far from empty, as we have two dogs and two cats, who are now spoiled beyond belief.
