Enjoy our home away from home in beautiful Flagstaff. The condo is a ground level, end unit with a private patio. Only 23 miles to Sedona through the beautiful red rock canyons. Want to see the Grand Canyon? We are located 10 Miles to the turnoff to Arizona Snow Bowl and 80 miles to The Grand Canyon. Other nearby sites include Lake Mary, Meteor Crater, Sunset Crater, Indian Ruins at Walnut Canyon plus many more.

Flagstaff is a biking friendly community. There are a lot of beautiful biking and hiking paths to enjoy the peace and quiet in fresh mountain air. Lake Mary is just a few miles down the road where you can enjoy picnicing, canoeing, kayaking, and fishing.

- Air Conditioning : Air conditioning is not needed in the cool mountain air! However, There are ceiling fans in all rooms and heat for winter.
- Linens Provided : Luxury linens including plenty of plush towels,sheets and warm blankets, comforters and quilts to keep you comfy and cozy.
- Washer : New European style washer/dryer combo inside unit
- Dryer : New European sytle washer/dryer combo inside unit
- Covered Parking : 1 assigned covered space and plenty of extra parking on site.
- Beds
- Queen Bed (3) : 2 queen beds - plus queen sofa sleeper. There is a comfortable queen bed in each bedroom and a queen leather sleeper sofa in the living room. Luxury Linens provided.
- Twin/Single Bed : There is a twin size blow up mattress for extra sleeping or the little ones that you don't want on a high bed. It is electric. Just plug it in, flip the switch and it inflates in minutes.
- Convertible Bed : The sofa in the living room converts to a queen size bed.
- Child Bed : We provide a portable crib for the little one and there is also a twin air mattress.
- Crib : Portable crib is stored in the back bedroom closet.

- Cable/Satellite TV : Satellite TV with lots of stations - 26" TV
- DVD
- Video Library : We have a few DVD movies suitable for all ages.
- CD Player
- Music Library : feel free to listen to our CDs. Family appropriate movies and music.
- Shared Pool : While we do not have a pool on site, there is an indoor pool at the Flagstaff Fitness Center about 3 miles away. Plus there is a city aquatic center near the mall on 4th St.
- Kitchen
- Full Kitchen : The entire condo was recently refurbished. All new appliances, dishes, cabinets, etc.! Ceramic top cook stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator. New granite countertops. All the comforts and conveniences of home. The kitchen is fully equipped - toaster, crock pot, coffee pot, tea kettle, baking supplies, pots and pans, utensils, condiments, spices, etc.
- Cooking Utensils Provided : All of the cooking utensils you need to prepare a full meal are provided. Dining for 6.
- Refrigerator : Basic condiments are provided along with hot chocolate, coffee, ice, water, popcorn, snacks.
- Dishwasher : Built-in dishwasher.
- Microwave : Microwave and all appliances are new with all the latest features.
- Outdoor Features
- Charcoal BBQ Grill : There is a community grill near our ground level unit with picnic table located just off our patio surrounded by tall pines and other shade trees.
- Deck/Patio : There is a Private covered patio surrounded by a variety of trees. We have included a comfortable patio set so that you can enjoy time on the patio in the fresh mountain air.
- Communications
- Broadband Internet : High Speed Internet available at no extra charge.
- WiFi (Wireless Internet) : Free High Speed Internet connection. A Cable is provided if you need to plug in directly to your laptop.
- Suitability
- No Pets Allowed : In an effort to keep our condo allergy free, we do not allow pets or smoking. We want you to enjoy the fresh, clean air!
- Kid Friendly : We do not have any restrictions on children. There are board games provided for family fun! Plus DVD and CDs with music and movies that are appropriate for families.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters : Must be over 25 years of age.
- Smoking Not Allowed : Feel free to smoke on the patio but please do not smoke inside the unit. We want to keep it fresh for all guests including those who may be sensitive to the smell of smoke.

We love to get away from the heat and busy-ness of every day life. Flagstaff is just a short drive and a completely different climate. We find it very relaxing and much slower paced. There is never a lack of activities, events, hiking, etc. It's a great place to re-connect with nature.
