1,000 square foot mobile home. Completely fenced lot located in a gated community on the Colorado River. No pets or smoking allowed in the house.

Central air conditioning/heating, all bedrooms are fully furnished with beds, dressers and ceiling fans with lights. Living room has sleeper sofa and satellite television with over 150 channels available. Beautiful laminate wood floors through out the house. Washer/dryer located in the home.
