Buena Vista Villa is a one-of-a-kind, private beach home with 2 complete sides; Unit A, the West Unit and Unit B, the East Unit. Rent the entire property for a large family or group, or select only one side, see VRBO listings # #181563 for the West Unit, and VRBO listing # 185152 for the East Unit.
Everything is brand new, 2008 will be our first rental year.
We have a unique set up that allows for many people to enjoy their own private spaces yet all be together in one place. It is perfect for large family reunions, or several couples with or without children to vacation together. It is also perfect for a professional group for meetings or a golf outing.
The total property is three floors, 7500 square feet, two elevators, 100 feet of deck, including two from the third floor master suites, located directly on the sugar white sand of the Gulf of Mexico.
Four master suites with full attached baths, two with Jacuzzi tubs, all with glass walk in showers, huge walk in closets and an extra sleeping area within the suite.
The first floor of both units have a kid's entertainment area with plasma TV, mini fridge, ice maker and microwave so they can watch TV, movies, play games and enjoy their own private "kids area"
The East Unit has a downstairs kids dormer with three double beds in one room and attached full bath, and an additional two private queen bed bedrooms that share another full bathroom.
The West Unit offers the same upper level two master suites, with the first floor offering one queen bedroom with full attached bath, one full size bed bedroom and one "BUNK" room with TWO bunk beds (four twins) that share a full bath.
We offer two private pools as well and beach furniture.
You must see this unique property to believe all it has to offer, there is no other like it.

With small vehicles you may be able to park 10 cars, but 8 definitely. There is NO OFF STREET PARKING AVAILABLE IN THE SUBDIVISION.

We had a great time. We loved the house. We came down with another family and they stayed in the east unit. Our only regret is that we rented both sides, this house is so big we could have all stayed on one side. My advice is do not go to Destin during peak season unless you have a whole day to spend. The whole time we were gone we were wishing we had stayed at the house!!! We enjoy all the local restaurants. Our favorite was Yiannis. Hope your stay is as great as ours!!!!

New Year's Day 2009 WOW! What a way to celebrate the arrival of a new year! Incredible facility, just the right mix of kid and adult fun. The natural beauty of the setting is amazing. The sunsets we were treated with will not ever be forgotten. A great place for a family to get together and re-connect. Everyone wanted to come back next year and I can't imagine coming anywhere but Buena Vista Villa!

A big thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful beach house with us. We have been coming to this area for our family vacatins since the mid nineties and this place is our favorite! It has been an unusual week because of the tropical storm "FAY" but the weather was great until our last two days. These are our last minutes here, and boy it's hard to leave! We really envy you people who are now on your way to Buena Vista Villa. Don't miss the dolphins playing right in front of your terrace, but mind - you will have to get up at 6AM to see them - worth it! This is the best house and best beach we've ever been to. Food lovers go to Criolla's for the best creole food on the planet and to Hurricane Oyster Var to sample some of the best Appalachicola Oysters around. We have been coming to this area for years now and can honestly say this house is among our favorites! The house was perfect for our needs. The kids especially loved having their own bunk beds! The beach time was great with the exception of a couple of rainy days, which we used to shop and see a movie. Yanni's, The Smiling Fish and the Back Porch were among our favorite restaurants. Thanks again for the beautiful beach house! It has truly been a wonderful week!

FUN IN THE SUN Favorite times included: Shell Island, swimming with the dolphins at GulfWorld, searching for sand crabs by flashlight at night and watching dolphins from the back deck. WHAT A WEEK! We don't want to leave.... What a fantastic time we had at the beach house. The weather was absolutely perfect and the house is absolutely amazing. Our children had a wonderful time and both of my girls, ages 3 and 4 learned how to swim in the pool, so this will always be a special place to our family.
