Beautiful three story duplex "on the beach", this location offers the most spectacular views. Three decks, two large remodeled decks on the beach, one off the kitchen area.Very clean. All new paint and upgrades new playroom dvd and play station. Fantastic split level layout. Provides outstanding beach views from family room, dinning room and kitchen. Huge master bedroom with queen sized bed (lay in bed and watch the waves )with full bath. Second bedroom has twin beds, third has full sized bed, sharing full bath in hallway. Forth is large playroom with two pull out couches. Eat in kitchen with extra seats at counter. Deck off kitchen area. Large dinning area seats 8. Family room complete with cable tv. vcr/dvd, gas fireplace (16' high ceilings) laundry room, outside shower.
Parking for three cars with one car garage for easy and safe storage of beach chairs, bikes, surfboards etc. Central air condition and heat. Vacation Rental Amenities include great location, clean beaches, lifeguard on our street, surfing beach.
