My husband and I stayed at the Setai for 9 days with our 2 young children and we had an amazing experience. The ocean views were beautiful and the room was very spacious and full of ammenities The service and staff were excellent and very accommodating. Sat, the owner was a pleasure to rent from and we will definitely be back!

Girls getaway long weekend and this unit was a hit. Perfect location, within walking distance to the 'scene' on Collins Ave. The unit had a few issues- toilet continued to run, and there was some electrical wires hanging down from the wall near the nightstand. However, the unit had everything we needed and the staff at the Setai is super friendly. The Sunday brunch was amazing, so go hungry! We would absolutely stay here again!

I had the chance to see this condo after friends I met at Fashion Week had it. Myself and boyfriend instantly fell in love with it! We booked it and stayed a week in July. The owner is very trustworthy and dependable about communication. The staff had the upmost respect for you as a tenant. The pools were great and the beach was in walking distance. We will be back in July!! Thanks!

Hi Sat- My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at The Setai. Your place was fantastic. I would definitely stay there again next time we are headed to Miami beach. If I can figure out how to post a comment on VRBO.com I will. We appreciated your being so easy to work. You should definitely post more/different pictures on the VRBO site. The pictures you have don't do the place justice. I would be willing to bet you could drive higher rates and even better occupancy if people saw the kitchen with the SubZero fridge, and the master bath (which is awesome). It would have made a difference to me.

My wife and I just returned from a week at this property. The condo is great. The pictures do not do the place justice. It has a full kitchen with high end appliances, the master bath is extremely nice, etc.. The owner (Sat) was easy to work with and made sure we were well taken care of. The Setai property itself is awesome. Full beach access is included at no charge which includes chaises, umbrellas, water, etc. The staff is very friendly. Location is great. The Setai is located on the quieter side of South Beach, but you can easily walk to the more lively parts if you want. We would definitely stay here again.

Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

My wife and I made arrangements to stay at sat's condo for 8 nights. Due to a personal situation in our family we regretfully had to cancel. Sat was terrific, a perfect gentleman. He refunded our deposit immediately and acted as a true businessman. We intend to return to South beach in the fall and my first call will be to Sat. Thank you again Sat!!!

I was coming into town to enjoy the NBA finals. I spoke with Sat the day before my arrival and everything was arranged online and via PayPal. Quick, convenient and easy, which was unexpected, since I was making plans so late. No problems whatsoever with the reservation. Sat was personable and informative about the accommodations. He was very kind and helpful in arranging things on short notice. The room is amazing! Immaculately clean and inviting. It is on the 20th floor with a mesmerizing ocean and city view. Truly stunning. I spent a lot of time on the balcony just soaking in the sun and breeze. The kitchen was stocked with a full assortment of appliances and dishware for any cooking needs, which I put to good use.The subzero fridge was also great. Comfortable bed and serene atmosphere throughout the condo. As far as the hotel itself, I enjoyed lounging by the 3 pools, which were attentively staffed. Also used the excellent workout facility for cardio and weights. The bar was well stocked and I would recommend trying the breakfast buffet at least once, if you stay. It is the most expansive and diverse buffet I've ever seen. The location of the Setai was strategic, as it was close to clubs, nightlife and shopping, but not noisy inside the hotel at all. Zen in a sea of chaos. If you want to stay at one of the best hotels in Miami, call Sat and stay at the Setai. You won't regret it.

The apartment was in need of a thorough cleaning, the light switches did not work properly, there were mirrors smashed on the doors to the bathroom, the lamps were broken and much of the furniture was actually damaged. Over all, the apartment was shabby and in need of renovation. In addition, due to the owner double booking on our day of departure (despite making arrangements for a late check out), we arrived in the apartment to find our belongings have been gone through, thrown into garbage bags and our suitcases, and a cleaning lady (??) who did not speak any English who tried to explain that Sat the owner told her to take our belongings out of the apartment. Imagine our shock and surprise considering that our wedding rings, expensive watches, and clothes were all in that apartment!!! The apartment was horrible and so was dealing with the owner!! We would NEVER recommend this apartment or doing business with this owner.

Owner response:This guest was told that check out time is 11am and check out time is 4pm.My maid went to clean on 5/18at 1pm and jean still has not checked out and she waited upto 2pm and went in the unit and start cleaning for nxt check in at 4pm.Her luggage wasnot removed and in fact put aside in one place.Guest came back at 3pm and was given another hour to take shower and get ready.We had to delay next check in till 6pm.She was abusive and threatened me with bad reviews. UNIT is one of the best unit in setai residence.Too bad that we run into guests like jean van soelew.We have been renting our unit on vrbo for 2 years and never had any probems with any one ever. Please see other reviews.UNIT is very clean, one of the best views, and maintained very well by our care taker.

My friend and I recently stayed at this property in July for MBFW Swim. We could have not asked for a more perfect accommodation! Sat (the owner) was very accessible and answered all my questions promptly. We felt very at home and loved waking up to South Beach and the ocean views. It's well maintained, spacious and the location was perfect (Atrium boutique right up the street). It is fully stocked with all the comforts of home, including hygiene items, towels, and dishware. The pools are amazing and the service throughout the property is also very exceptional. An added plus, the hotel hosted a series of nightly events/fashion shows during our stay for fashion week, free to hotel guests & residents. ^_^ We definitely fell in love with the Setai, looking forward to returning to Miami soon. We stayed here in Memorial Day weekend… the suite was perfect… The owner (Sat) answered all my questions and was every helpful I am spoiled now from staying at this suite, I travel to Vegas often and this suite was much better than the places I normally stay (Venetian and the Wynn).. I proposed to my girlfriend at the beach of the setai Setai = 6 stars!!!
