Stay close to everything in Williamsburg. This completely furnished split level 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located in an upscale neighborhood in the center of Williamsburg only 2 miles from Duke of Gloucester Street. Duke of Gloucester is the main historical avenue in Colonial Williamsburg where all the enactments and activities take place.

The living room and kitchen are on ground level. The game room is also on the ground floor and includes foosball and air hockey as well as Play Station 2 with various games. Four steps up take you to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has queen bed and attached private bath. The other bedrooms have queen size beds and share a hall bath. A sofa bed is in the living room.

The kitchen with tile floors and granite counter tops has all the modern conveniences. A spigot on the sink has immediate hot water for that quick cup of soup, coffee or hot chocolate before you start your sightseeing.

Even though we have swings on the property the kids will enjoy Kiwanis Park one block away with swings, play tubes, monkey bars, basketball court and covered picnic area.

Less than half mile away is the very nice Williamsburg Community Center that offers Olympic indoor pool, weight room, exercise room, handball court and indoor track, hot tub, and saunas. Temporary all day membership (in and out as much as you want that day) is $11 for adults and $4 for children 5-17yrs. The outer loop for walking and jogging passes in front of the house. Put on you tennis shoes and take off.

If you prefer to eat out you don't have far to go. You are only two blocks away from "Restaurant Row" with all the franchise and local fare restaurants.

For the shoppers Prime Outlets are 2 miles away. Bush Gardens, Water Country USA, and Presidents Park , Williamsburg Pottery, Ranger Rick's Golf Range and Go Karts are 6 miles away. Historic Jamestown is 12 miles away.

Day trips include Paramount's King Dominion, Virginia beach, Washington DC.

  • We spent a week in this wonderful home. It is close to everything in Williamsburg and in excellent condition. The kids loved the air hockey table and we loved everything else. Owner is very easy to reach and quick to respond. Would stay here again and recommend to family & friends.

  • My family felt quite comfortable in this single home with a private driveway. The game room was an added bonus for us to relax and have fun. The house is a short drive to many stores and restaurants. The owner is gracious and helpful. Would stay here again.

  • We would highly recommend staying at this house for your vacation. This home is in a quiet, pretty neighborhood. It is decorated beautifully, very clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us, four adults and two children. There was plenty of room to relax in the large, beautiful living room. The kitchen is equipped with all that is necessary to cook meals there if you decided to eat in. Our children loved playing in the game room, which had an air hockey table, foosball and Playstation II with games. There is a large backyard to play in. There is also a playground within walking distance right down the street. You could walk to “restaurant row” where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. A few minutes away there is a community center where you can swim for a small fee. We didn’t have time to take advantage of this. We went into Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown and Busch Gardens. We drove ten minutes to get to the Williamsburg Visitors Center to catch the shuttle into Williamsburg. Jamestown, Yorktown and Busch Gardens were only 15, 20 minutes away. This house exceeded our expectations for convenience to shops, restaurants and attractions, location and décor. The owner of the house is very nice and easy to talk to. This house definitely lives up to the description the owner put in the listing.
