Come have some fun in the sun at this gorgeous San Francisco like Row Home just 2 blocks walking distance away from the Ocean!! This home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably but has a lot of floor room for a couple of extras in sleeping bags etc. There are soo many things to do here that will please your toddlers, teenagers, Moms, Dads and Grandparents. The list is endless. The best thing is everything is walking distance. There are many places to eat as well. Enjoy a great cup of coffee and one of the best bagels/pastries Oceanside has to offer at the Pierview Coffee Shop just seconds away from this home. Harneys Sushi, Santinos Pizzeria, Cabo Wabo, The Longboarder Cafe, Johnny Mananas, Dairy Queen, Burger King, Subway,Cold Stone Creamery and Red Cup Yogurt just to name a few. In addition you have a wide variety of Gift shops and clothing stores to take advantage of during your stay as well. Have Teens or Toddlers that love the movies? Not even a block away you will find a full fledge Regal Movie Theatre. About 20 minutes casual walking distance away you will find Oceansides Harbor. It is truly a must see attraction. There are many things to take advantage of while there such as kyaking, paddle boarding and jetskiing. Again plenty of other eateries there as well including Joes Crab Shack, Baja Rockin Lobster and the Monterey Bay.
Either way we know you will enjoy it's location being on the corner of Cleveland and Civic Center with beach access just about 100 feet away. There are three flat screens to enjoy one of which is a 55 inch located in our theatre room. The third story balcony has a nice Oceanview and lawn furniture to enjoy. Come stay and play and feel at home all in one. We would love to have you and we would love to have you back next time.

Property is everything shown in the pics and more. Very spacious. The pics do not depict the amount of actual living space. We watched movies in the loft/movie room and "people watched" on the front patio . Beautiful ocean views from the third story rooftop deck. Plenty of room for the family to spread out and relax. Everything is within walking distance. Owner was very nice Would definitely rent again! Looking forward to coming back in the summer!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This house was more than we expected for sure. We were attending our nephews wedding and we wanted to stay close to the beach, we got it! The walk to the beach is great, and the area as a whole was a lot less congested than being right in San Diego but close enough to do activities there when we wanted to. The house was plenty big and for the most part was on a quiet road. The only problem and the ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it is across the street from train tracks and several times a day the train travels past and blows a loud horn. Loud enough that you had to halt your conversation until it passed. The owners were so sweet and helpful if we needed anything. Some family members who were also staying in the area are planning to come back here with their family & we will stay here for sure on our next trip to the area!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We loved our 11 day stay in this Oceanside property! My family went to California for basketball tournaments in Santa Ana and San Diego...this was a great place to stay in between both cities. Crystal and Ted were almost too good to be true...so accommodating and helpful! This home offers everything you could want or need. So spacious....plenty of room for our family of six but could have easily accommodated even more people. It is ideally located to walk to everywhere you would want to go and also perfect to enjoy watching the activity of the city without feeling like your in the middle of tourist chaos. My favorite time of day was sitting on the front porch watching the city come to life each morning. Oceanside is a fun, lively city. The seasonal weekly street market is a MUST....a two-part, morning and evening community event that we thoroughly enjoyed. The house is located within walking distance to the pier, the beautiful beach area and the train station. One day, we took the Coaster train to downtown San Diego and then utilized the user-friendly trolley and bus system throughout San Diego to see different sights. The home is modern and well maintained as a rental property. The city is fun, the home is lovely, and the owners are wonderful! Was a wonderful and relaxing vacation. It is an awesome town, beautiful beach, fun people, and delicious eateries....you name it and Oceanside has it! Food was great and boating is near too. This was an absolute treat to me and my family. The owners Ted and Crystal were a joy to have met. We spent sunny days and cool nights during the duration of our stay and everything was walking distance from this house. The beach, movies(I'm a big movie goer), places to eat and shop at. About the owner: My husband and I bought this home back in 06 with the intentions of renting it out to those who want to have a wonderful vacation experience. Our idea is to help make your vacation as relaxing and comfortable as possible. We ensure cleanliness of all areas and provide our guests with as much information about Oceanside as possible. We also provide boating excursions.
Why the Owner Chose Oceanside Pier Resort:
We came to Oceanside the first time, on accident, back in 03 and have been in love ever since. My husband has always wanted a place at the beach but always thought, being from the East coast, that it would be a beach on the East coast. But ever since our visit to Oceanside all that changed. The weather is impecable and the people are just so great!! We love it here.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
My husband and I have a home and business in AZ but spend as much time as we can here in Oceanside. We find that the quality of life is just so much more grand here. We love that everything is walking distance from our home. We go shopping one time and never drive again. If we run out of anything we just stop by The Pierview Market or Red & White market, where they carry everything from toothpaste to great Meats and produce. We feel more alive here and we just want to share with everyone we can.
