THE UNIT
Modeled in beautiful mountain fashions, this large 1 bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a pull-out queen size sofa. The master bedroom has an attached master bath and its own TV/cable. The kitchen has a brand new refrigerator and oven, and is fully stocked with a toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, and all the kitchenware you need for cooking. The main room is separated from the kitchen with a bar and stools and has a sofa, 2 chairs and an entertainment center with TV/Cable, DVD, stereo and games to play with friends and family. The upstairs is a large loft with queen size bed and full bath with a jacuzzi tub.

Frisco is located in the heart of Summit County and is minutes away from Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, and Arapahoe Basin. It is 30 minutes from Vail.

*If you stay less than 7 nights, and the weekly rate is cheaper than the daily rate, we will automatically quote you the weekly rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel your trip (for any reasons):
1) 45 days or more before your trip - 100% refund
2) within 45 days
a) If we are able to rent to another party for the same price: 100% refund;
b) if we are able to rent to another party at a discounted price: we will refund up to the amount we were able to collect from the other party;
c)if we are unable to rent to another party: no refund. HOWEVER, you will have the option to rebook for a future trip without penalty and 100% of your payment will be applied toward your future stay.
