Photo 1 - Frisco Vacation Lodging THE UNIT Modeled in beautiful mountain fashions, this large 1 bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a pull-out queen size sofa. The master bedroom has an attached master bath and its own TV/cable. The kitchen has a brand new refrigerator and oven, and is fully stocked with a toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, and all the kitchenware you need for cooking. The main room is separated from the kitchen with a bar and stools and has a sofa, 2 chairs and an entertainment center with TV/Cable, DVD, stereo and games to play with friends and family. The upstairs is a large loft with queen size bed and full bath with a jacuzzi tub. THE SURROUNDINGS Mountainside Condos are highly regarded and known for their great location and beautiful clubhouse. The renovated clubhouse offers 3 outdoor oversized hot tubs, 1 indoor jacuzzi, pool, sauna, steam bath, full locker rooms, racquetball and tennis courts. Being nestled next to the National Forest, Mountainside's Building F offers spectacular views, quick easy access to the clubhouse and bike path as well as the added benefit of no road noise. Main street Frisco is just a 5 minute walk and there are wonderful hiking, mountain biking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing trails that begin just 50 feet away! Frisco is located in the heart of Summit County and is just minutes away from Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, and Arapahoe Basin. It is just 30 minutes from Vail. RATES Rates are listed below. We offer a daily and a weekly rate. *If you stay less than 7 nights, and the weekly rate is cheaper than the daily rate, we will automatically quote you the weekly rate. CANCELLATION POLICY Should you need to cancel your trip (for any reasons): 1) 30 days or more before your trip - 100% refund 2) within 30 days a) If we are able to rent to another party for the same price: 100% refund; b) if we are able to rent to another party at a discounted price: we will refund up to the amount we were able to collect from the other party; c)if we are unable to rent to another party: no refund. HOWEVER, you will have the option to rebook for a future trip without penalty and 100% of your payment will be applied toward your future stay.
