This stunning waterfront home was named one of the top 10 places to stay on the cape by Cape Cod Magazine in 2007. It is located in the private gated community of Oyster Harbors, and overlooks West Bay and Great Cove with it's beautiful marsh and wildlife. Watch the osprey hunt and hear the fish jump!
Distinctive features include a protected deep water dock that can accommodate up to a 30 foot boat, with Nantucket Sound a mere 200 yards away. The home also offers an expansive waterside covered porch, that has a screened in portion for dining. There is excellent swimming on the property, and a great outdoor shower.
Built in 2005 on a 2 acre lot, the Adirondack-style home has an open floor plan. There is a first floor master with a full bath. Also in the master is a walk in closet that doubles as a nursery. On the second floor are two guest rooms, each with their own full baths. In between the two guest rooms is a sitting/reading room, that can be converted into a third guest bedroom. The kitchen and great room is a large open space with lots of room for entertaining. The house is fully equipped with all modern appliances and conveniences.
