Perched 80 feet above the beach, Eagles Paradise offers spectacular panoramic views of the ocean scenery for miles along the Strait of Georgia. It is a short 5 minute walk to the public beach below where you can enjoy beach combing, clam digging and other beach activity favorites. Sea life is in abundance with Seals, Sea Lions, Blue Herron, Canada Geese, and Seagulls and is a special spot for the Bald Eagles which soar above and nest nearby. Killer whales can be sighted on their unscheduled trips up and down the Passage and the nightly parade of cruise ships is spectacular to watch.
Recently remodeled, Eagles Paradise is furnished with coastal décor throughout. The spacious great room and adjacent dining room both overlook the deck, beautifully landscaped private yard, fieldstone patio, fire pit, sand 'beach' area and the ocean beyond. A wood-burning fireplace adds warmth to the great room as you enjoy the view outside, or spend time with the various games and books provided within. The open dining room connects to the spacious kitchen, equipped with all the conveniences you will require as well as settings for 12.
Continue to enjoy the view from the tranquil comfort of the Master Bedroom. The spa-inspired en-suite includes a relaxing rain shower and vessel sink. The second bedroom sleeps 3 on bunk beds with a double on the lower. The loft is a comfortable place to relax, read or connect to the internet with your own laptop. It also can sleep 2 more people.
Full laundry facilities as well as linens, towels and cozy terry cloth robes make Eagles Paradise your home away from home. On the deck you will find the oversize BBQ, deck chairs, patio set and hot tub. In the garage you will find all the amenities to enjoy the beach including boogie boards, beach chairs, floaties, sand toys, and coolers. A couple of small bikes and scooters will entertain any active young children.
This is a fantastic vacation spot for families or a romantic get-away for two. The nearby Comox Airport, world class golf, Mount Washington ski resort and endless recreation make this a convenient and fun-filled vacation destination
