Our Kolea Villa 1D has a very pleasing relationship to the outdoors even while enjoying the luxury finishes indoors. The Garden Villa has 1,700 square feet of indoor space plus a 400-square foot lanai, with fully retractable doors (eighteen feet across). Our villa is much like a single family home because of extensive lawns and landscaping on two sides of our unit. The Master and Queen bedrooms each have private garden entrances.
All furniture is tastefully decorated in the spirit of Hawaii. The bedrooms include a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom and one twin bed in the third. A twin-sized sofa in the main living room sleeps one additional guest and a fold out futon is available for a child. Our villa has dual-zone air-conditioning, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room.
The gourmet kitchen includes granite counter-tops, mahogany cabinetry, a Viking range, Sub-Zero refrigerator and a built-in wine cooler. The master bath has a separate oversized shower, natural stone finishes and a luxurious oversized soaking tub. The second bathroom has a stand alone shower and bathtub, and the third bathroom has a shower.
The lanai features Teak wood cabinetry, outdoor living/dining area with wet bar, mini-refrigerator, ice-maker and a gourmet Viking gas grill with a rotisserie. |
