The River House, one of Pike's Peaks, is located within Ludlow Village at the site of the old Blacksmith Shop. This unique structure has been completely renovated to accentuate its traditional wood beam construction, the incredible views of Okemo Mountain, and the flow of the Black River below.
The River House provides full resort amenities for large groups who want to concentrate on having fun. Roaring fireplace in the living room and sports bar. Swirling whirlpool baths and outdoor hot tub for those tired bones. Full entertainment center with stereo, TV and DVD. Large window wall overlooking the river and village.
The River House has five bedrooms, a large loft and four futon couches in the living room and the sports bar, with full wood clad cathedral ceilings, and a third fireplace in the master bedroom. Sleeps up to 24. Five Bedrooms and sleeping loft, four baths, and Sports Bar with Pool Table.
