My kids and I had the most wonderful weekend at this villa. Everything is first class...from the linens to the mattresses, not to mention the decor! I truly felt like I was on vacation. I highly recommend this unit!

This was the perfect place to spend our honeymoon. The house is beautifully decorated, complete with towels, comfortable beds, and kitchen appliances. The bedrooms and master bathroom are great-- the garden tub is quite nice! It was so peaceful and relaxing to spend time in the pool and spa. We enjoyed riding bikes in the neighborhood. Public beach access is conveniently located close by. I highly recommend this house for a vacation or beach get-away to a couple or family. We were nothing but pleased with the house, and with Amelia Island.

My husband, 86 year old Mother and 2 grown daughters stayed in the Batten's home the week after Christmas. This home and the owners are top notch, they want your vacation to be first class. Eric,owner, is delightful to work with and I would reccommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Amelia Island. The pool/hot tub and all furnishings in the home are high end. My Mother wanted me to thank you also, and let you know how much she enjoyed your home. Thank you Eric and we will be back!

My husband I where pleasantly when we arrived. He house was perfect in every way. The Battens have thought of everything! The beds were very comfortable! The surroundings were perfect. The beach was a little far to walk with kids in toe.However driving was really nice because there is driving allowed on the beach. The area golf courses are very nice! My boys made a day trip to TPC Sawgrass and loved that as well. The area shopping and restaurants are top notch. I would recommend the vacation over and over again! Don't forget to check out turtle watch!
