Exterior of home - Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental VRBO has our website wrong - This is actually a 4 bedroom/3.5 bath, 3000 s.f. custom home that sits tucked away from all the traffic yet just minutes from two ski lifts - Boulder & Stagecoach. The house is also only just a minute or two from the shores of Lake Tahoe and the Gondola, casinos and gambling. Located in South Lake Tahoe, this house has two large screen DLP televisions - one upstairs in the main living room and one downstairs in the den. The house is equipped with WiFi internet, cable TV, large granite cap fireplace with gas log system, Kitchenaide stainless steel appliances, walnut hardwood and tile flooring throughout, oversized 837 sq. ft. 3-car garage, 2 decks, one with 8-person spa tub and new Jennair gas BBQ. The house ALSO features a 1,000 bottle climate controlled wine cellar, custom lighting & fixtures,knotty alder trim, baseboard & doors, and a gourmet kitchen with Alder European cabinets This unit is perfect for the weekend ski getaway as well as the summer mountain biking expedition. The house is close to several major trail heads including the Rim Trail. Wildlife is quite abundant and don't be surprised if you see a few bear, coyote, raccoons or other critters.

Summer 2008 .......... $325/night (3 night minimum)
Winter 2008/2009 ..... $700/night (3 night minimum)
Christmas/New Years ...$1000/night Dec 22nd to Jan 4th
All other holidays please inquire about rates (3 night minimum).
$400 damage deposit required at reservation - refunded after departure.
$200-400 non-refundable cleaning fee, 10% occupancy tax added to all reservations.
Balance of rent due 45 days prior to arrival.
NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON - PLEASE GET TRAVEL INSURANCE.
