Located on the beach at 99th Street on the Ocean, you'll see amazing sunsets from each bedroom and beautiful sunrises from the ocean front balcony.
Each bedroom has a Queen-size bed, there is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room and two Aero beds for your use.
Everything you need is waiting for you!
We provide the linens and towels, a fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a washer/dryer.
For summer fun, all the gear you need for the beach in the unit for your use; ie., chairs, umbrellas, towels. You'll only need to pack your bathing suit!
So, come one 'down the ocean' and enjoy some fun and relaxation!

Why the Owner Chose Century I
My husband researched many buildings and determined the care and management of Century I was among the highest and we loved the layout and design of the units. Also, you can't beat waking up to the sight of the Bay and sitting on the deck just watching the waves or the sunrise. It's a sight that continues to amaze and console me.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The unique two-story design makes you feel as if you are staying more in a home that a condo. Also, we have taken much care to make our unit feel as comfortable and "homey" to those who are kind enough to choose our unit. We continually get positive comments in our Guest Book and have many repeat guests, year after year.
Also, what could be better than sitting on the front deck, enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. You can also lie in bed, morning and night, and admire the bayside views of Ocean City, as well.

As a child, both my husband and I spent every summer (and many weekends throughout the year) enjoying the beaches of Delaware and Maryland. When our children grew older and their sports activities didn't take up our entire weekends, we jumped at getting a get-away in Ocean city.

I am so happy that I chose this condo for our vacation. Kim is so easy to work with. She responded very quickly with any questions that I may have had. My husband and I, our sons, and my mother all loved staying here. I also loved the fact that it is like home away from home. Everything you could possibly want is there for you. Kim is right when she said all you need to bring are you clothes. The beach access was wonderful. The views of the ocean and the bay are breathtaking. The pictures do not do it justice. This is by far the most wonderful place that we have stayed in yet. We just got home today and my husband is already looking at the calendar to rent it again next year. Kim, Thank you!!!! Your place is truly amazing. Can't wait to do this again next summer.......

The pictures listed under Kim's property definately do not do it justice. The condo is in excellent shape, in a convenient location, and with a magnificent view. Although we were only there for a few days, we enjoyed every bit of it. We were able to relax and did not have a need for anything else. Everything we wanted was within our reach. And working with Kim was also no hassle, it was a pleasure. Everything was great, thanks!

Fantastic!!! Is all that needs to be said about this fabulous condo! It was myself, husband, mother and father in law, and our 3 children and we had plenty of room. Very accommodating and the views are spectacular! This was only our second "real" vacation so my husband and I were pretty leery on renting a vacation home on line but Kim was great! Any question we had on the property she was quick to answer. I'd do it again in a heartbeat! Thanks Kim!

My husband and I stayed at this condo last year and are going back twice this summer. The owner, Kim, is wonderful to work with. The condo itself is well taken care of. We felt like we were at home, only with the beach! The views are awesome! The two floor setup is wonderful We will continue to come back to this condo. .

From the moment we walked into the condo, we felt at home. It is a very lovely vacation home with everything you need to make you feel comfortable. It is nicely decorated and well supplied. We had a very enjoyable, relaxing week and would highly recommend it.

The description on this condo does not do it justice; all the comforts of home; you don't have to worry about bringing any of the extra stuff you usually have to bring to the beach. The owners have thought of everything to make it your home away from home. And, the views....sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the bay...absolutely gorgeous. Anyone staying in this condo will not be disappointed.

I would express our pleasure in One word....FANTASTIC!!!!! You have such a beautiful place. I must get back soon. I'll never forget the view. It was breathless......... We LOVED staying here! The location is unbeatable. Sitting on the balcony looking over the beach listening to the waves is one of the most relaxing things I can remember from any recent vacation. The ocean and bay views are spectacular. Great condo with a location that can't be matched.

We had the most wonderful time at this unit. It's definitely a "step-up" from other places we stayed and did not feel like a "beach rental". Everything we needed (and more) was there and we had a GREAT vacation! I would highly recommend this rental and we will be back!
