This is a nicely decorated, spacious condo on the corner of the building, which provides an awesome beach view as well as a bit more solitude because guests are not walking by your condo. This condo has plenty of upgrades, like new tile floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, quality electronics and can you believe a fireplace! It also has a Washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen, nice furnishings, and spectacular beach views from your living room, dining room, master suite and guest room.It simply doesn’t get much better than this! The Master bedroom itself features a King bed, with full private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, with a gulf fron walk out balcony.
The 2nd guest bedroom has a queen bed, a full private bath, with its very own walk out balcony with gulf view.
The 3rd guest room is very comfortable also with its two twin beds and its own full bathroom as well.

This is a beautiful condo great floorplan, but very neglected and dirty. Dust so thick on end tables in living room we could write our name in it. Slats in door leading to balcony broken and left hanging. Stains on furniture. Open beer can left on balcony and cigarette butts on balcony. Kitchen was not equipped with pot holder, pizza pan or even a cookie sheet for baking. Trash can was filthy outside and in bottom, drips on cabinets and fridge had not been wiped clean in a while. roach, and silverfish found in bathroom. When you book a condo of this caliber the inside should match the price and the look in the pictures this was disappointing. The grounds were beautiful and clean, pool was great unit did not measure up. Also be aware of seaweed this time of year in gulf that smells and is nasty to swim in. We were told by homeowners in building that it had been there 3 weeks and usually comes the end of June. Would have been helpful to know before booking this time of year. After reading reviews from other properties this owner has it seems to be the same recurring theme with all the units, dirty and not well equiped I should have read those before booking this one. Lesson learned.
Owner response:Unfortunately we do have this condo on a management company that was not up to expectations for these guest, and these issues have been address, and fixed. Without being local, we depend very highly on the management company to keep up to date on the condo, and to take care of all of our guest. This is one of those cases that the guest did not report any of these issues till after their stay, so it probably wasn't as bad they mentioned, otherwise I'm sure they would of called. The management company is available 24/7, and unforutnately no one can control the weather or seaweed. This one review does not reflect the countless guest we have had, that have had nothing but great things to say about this condo, and the numberous repeated guest we have year after year!! As the review mentioned, its a beautiful condo, with a great floor plan, just needed to be cleaned better, which would of only took a phone!!!
