The top floor is the crow's nest, a great place to escape, with views of the Gulf, golf course, and a magnificent display of stars at night.
Conveniently located near one of three pools and tennis court and just a short walk to the PRIVATE BEACH*.
*The Natural Resources Defense Council report on beach water quality gave Gulf Shores beaches a five-star rating. There were zero 5-star beaches in the entire state of Florida!

Why the Owner Chose Kiva Dunes
My family had built a beach house in Orange Beach in the '40s. When Ivan damaged it (after surviving Camille and Frederick) it was sold and demolished. We decided to invest in our home in Kiva Dunes so we may continue to create new memories. Our children are the 5th generation to enjoy Gulf Shores and we know you will love it too.
The Unique Benefits at this House
There are so many options available in Gulf Shores. If you feel like doing nothing, the beach is so beautiful and relaxing. There are activities, attractions, shopping, water sports, dining, live music--you name it, Gulf Shores has it all. The Fort Morgan area is quiet and away from the crowds. Kiva Dunes beach is private.

We enjoy outdoor activities such as golf, tennis, walking. Our two children keep us busy. Brad is a Senior in High School and Katherine is in 2nd grade. We love living outside Atlanta and being only 6 hours from our "Great Escape".
