This NEW spacious cottage/house is designed all on one level and decorated with "Tommy Bahamas" furnishings that boasts the following amenities: Master bedroom #1 has a queen bed, private bath and TV armoire, Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, private bath and TV armoire, and Bedroom #3 has 2 regular size twins, full bath and TV armoire. The cottage living room has a large TV with surround sound. The Kitchen is fully stocked with quality appliances and the kitchen counter has a bar counter top with a long bar stool area for additional serving and seating in addition to the kitchen table eating area.
You will also enjoy the beautiful and comfortable screened porch for morning coffee, afternoon tea and evening enjoyment.
The community pool area consists of separate bathrooms, showers and an all year round heated pool and is just steps away from the cottage.
As for the beach, it is only about 200 yards away with a designated beach access boardwalk. Just a stroll away from the cottage to the most beautiful beaches in Florida.
