This is a wonderfully decorated condominium in the very recently completed Faro De Mita complex just outside the gates of Punta de Mita and the Four Seasons Resort. This condominium has it all as far as location and comforts in the quaint little town of Punta de Mita.

Fabulous beaches and many informal, delicious restaurants to fulfill your culinary requests and just a short walk from your vacation condo. All of the amenities that you will need are yours at the shopping center just across the street.

As you sit on the patio/veranda relaxing and enjoying one of the finest views in Punta de Mita (Casa de Little Laura is an end unit with views up and down the coast and Banderas Bay). Watch the whales and the beautiful sunsets. The perfect setting with all new luxurious furniture.

Casa de Little Laura features:

Master bedroom with king size bed, flat screen TV, DVD, nightstands, dresser in closet, chest, private bath, two large closets, and a balcony off of the master bedroom. Total comfort and ocean view.

Second bedroom with two twin beds, large closet with lots of storage, and hall bath with large walk-in shower.

Laundry room that includes washer and dryer to keep you at your best.

Kitchen and great room. Beautiful granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances that include dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven and refrigerator. Also a casual eat in counter and adjacent dining area. Large comfortable sofa and a flat screen TV in the living area.

So enjoy a wonderful vacation in a newly decorated and furnished condominium with a fabulous view! Just started taking reservations in February of 2008.

  • We just returned from a wonderful week at this condo. The view of the ocean from the front balcony is spectacular. The condo is furnished beautifully and was quite comfortable for four of us. Within walking distance there are several excellent restaurants. We also purchased groceries within walking distance and enjoyed cooking in the well appointed kitchen. There are many activities close by, including fishing and whale watching boats, we did both and were very satisfied. The building is gated and we saw a lot of security there. The pool is very large and beautiful. This was a very positive experience for us and we would rent this condo again. Diana Nelson
