Opened in March, 2003. This is our private vacation home and has never been rented until now, beginning in Spring 2008!

Our 13th floor unit has views, views, views galore! Only 88 units in all the resort. Only 3 units per floor. There are two towers with 44 units in each. Fast, uncrowded elevators. Never any wait.
Our 4 bedroom, 3 full bath condo offers over 2300 square feet of living space with tile throughout, as well as over 500 square feet of spacious balcony overlooking the ocean. The balcony offers lots of outside living space, an outside kitchen that includes ceramic tile counter tops, a gas grill and electrical outlets so you can blend up your favorite tropical cocktails right outside while watching the sunset.
The unit has wireless internet, so feel free to bring your laptop.
There are two master bedrooms. The main master bedroom has a KING bed, 37" TV, & DVD player. You have two large sliding doors that will lead you out to the balcony. The ocean views from your bed are spectacular! The master walk-in closet is huge with plenty of space. The master bath boasts a beautiful granite shower with separate whirlpool tub. You can view the ocean while showering! The second master bedroom has TWO QUEEN beds, 37" LCD flat screen TV, and a full private bath. This bedroom has a large window overlooking the pools and ocean. The third guest bedroom also has a QUEEN bed, 37" TV, DVD, and an attached full bathroom. The window in this bedroom offers spectacular views of St. Andrews Bay, the Grand Lagoon, the Boatyard Marina, and the beautifully renovated Hathaway Bridge. There is a small 4th bedroom/office with a full-sized futon. The large laundry room offers side by side washer and dryer and a sink and counter top area.

The two pools and two Jacuzzis are the best on the beach! Quiet, clean, and gorgeous! There is also a fitness center overlooking the ocean if you want some inside exercise.
And talk about EASY PARKING...after entering our gate-guarded resort with 24 hour onsite security, you drive right in to your assigned parking in the underground garage. From there you are a mere 10 steps from the elevator that takes you straight to a climate controlled foyer and to your front door. There are ONLY THREE condo units per floor. Quiet, uncrowded luxury awaits you.
CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! The NEW BEACHFRONT PIER PARK MALL is just a short drive west of our condo. This new mall has all the hottest shopping and restaurants. St. Andrews State park is just one mile east where you can launch your boat, camp, swim, fish off the pier, or just enjoy the beauty of nature. Bay Point Marriott Golf courses are right around the corner too.
PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED:

Personal Checks accepted 30 days prior to check-in.
DEPOSIT is $400. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
•ANY cancellation on or before the 30th day prior to the agreed upon check-in date shall result in the forfeiture of the $400 initial deposit.
•Cancellations after the 30th day prior to the agreed upon check-in date shall result in the forfeiture of all money paid unless we can rebook the unit for the same time period at the same rate.
OCCUPANCY:
•The maximum number of guests for this condo is 9.
•We will not rent to persons other than families, married couples, and adults who are 30 years of age or older. The renter must closely and personally supervise all occupants of a property under the age of 25 years. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to loss of rent and/or eviction.
FEES & TAXES:
ADD 11% for Bay County & Florida Taxes.
For Rentals of less than one week or more than one month...ADD $140.00 for exit cleaning fee.

Check-in begins at 4:00PM. Due to our high cleaning standards and peak season check-in days (especially Saturdays), some condominiums may need a little extra cleaning time and check-in may be delayed. We appreciate your patience as we prepare for your stay. On the other hand, if the unit is cleaned upon arrival and you are early, you may occupy the unit at no additional charge. This must be OK’d through owner prior to your arrival.

Why the Owner Chose En Soleil
Panama City Beach is a great beach town full of friendly locals and great restaurants. En Soleil is a quiet resort with enormous, gorgeous pools. The wonderful thing about En Soleil is that it is right in the middle of everything... close to shopping, close to restaurants, close to the new Pier Park Mall ... but once you are in the security-guarded resort, you feel like you are a world away from all the hecticness of life.
