Great for beach lovers

This lcation is great for beach lovers and those that want good acess to the beach without the noise and congestion of the beach front properties. The screened porch is a great size for outside dining and reading. The pool and pool area were maintained excepionally well. Excellent service by the owner and his staff. I would recommend this location to Marco island travelers.

Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.

We loved Marco Island. The condo was in a great location, across the street from the beautiful beach which I walked every day. The unit was a good size and nicely furnished and decorated. It was equipped with more than enough linens and beach furnishings. The only thing that I could have used was a better supply of mixing bowls, an electric mixer and pyrex baking utensils.

Recommended for:Age 55+.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. We went with 5 adults, and we had plenty of room. The condo is cozy and had everything that we needed. New carpeting was put in a few weeks before we went, and it looked beautiful. The beach chairs were really appreciated. The location was perfect, the price was affordable, and the beach was beautiful. This was our 3rd time to Marco Island, and we have decided that it is our favorite Florida beach. We love the family atmosphere and its natural beauty. It is a quiet location, unlike some of the large Florida beaches where you hear sirens all day. We highly recommend this condo. The owners were very nice to deal with--we will definitely go back. Thanks for renting it to us.

Close to the Beach

We had a fun time on our vacation. The condo is across the street from the beach which made it very convenient. It has a big parking lot that is well lighted. The condo is on the second floor which gives it an easy access. The condo is in good condition and the only things that would make it better is to have cleaner carpets. The unit has carpeting in the living/ dining room and the two bedrooms. The sofa bed is worn out from heavy use and sags at the foot of the bed on the right side. My small children slept in it and had no problem but an adult would have some inconvenience. The owner provided good friendly customer service. We would return to this condo in the future.

This condo isn't luxurious, but it's affordable, clean, and right across the street from the beach, which was great! It has a well-cared for pool and tennis courts. I've stayed in the Seaview complex and would definitely stay there again. Throughout the entire booking process, my contacts were very responsive and thorough. Would recommend to a friend.

My family and I would like to thank you for renting us your property for our vacation! We had a really wonderful time during our stay in Marco Island. My brother in law lives in Naples so we were very close to his home without have to impose and stay with him and his wife. A few of the things we did while in the area include; airboat tour of the Everglades, riding wave runners in Naples and during our trip to and from Marco we decided to go to Busch Gardens. Again, thanks for the opportunity to stay in your unit and we will be sure to contact you again when we plan to stay in Marco Island!

Location was great for a family with young children. Good proximity to the beach, tennis and pool. Children do need to be well behaved, as many retirees enjoy Marco Island, as well as the Seaview complex. The unit is in good condition with the amenities of home. The owner provided great service making us feel very comfortable in the unit. Some updating is needed to give this rental a rating of excellent--overall experience with property = 4.5 Looking forward to future visits to Marco Island!!!

We stayed at the condo for Spring Break. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. There were plenty of buckets and shovels for the beach, as well as 2 very nice beach chairs with footrests for the adults. There were also noodles for the pool and an inflatable cushion to lay on in the pool. There were not any beach towels, but we did bring our own. The location is absolutely perfect. You can see the South end public beach access from the screened-in lanai. Other than the condos that are directly on the beach, this condo complex is literally the closest you can get to the beach access on Marco Island. It is probably the only complex where walking to the beach is no problem with little children. The pool was very nice also, with plenty of lounge chairs. We would definitely stay here again.
