Our warmest personal welcome to Cape Haze Resort located just minutes from Boca Grande! Our family thinks this is just about the foremost fun and relaxing spot on the planet. This is a luxurious brand new resort in a gated community with fantastic amenities just minutes from Boca Grande and quaint Englewood. This area is known as one of the last unspoiled jewels of Florida. We spend our days here finding shells at Palm Island, looking for shark teeth at Stump Pass Beach, kayaking, riding bikes on Boca Grande, and having tons of fun in the sun at the many award-winning, secluded, peaceful beaches! There is something for everyone in Charlotte County -- kayaking, boating, sailing, canoeing, fishing, swimming, snorkeling, biking, walking, hiking, golfing, dining, shell-hunting, fossil-hunting, wildlife viewing, or best of all... relaxing! This area is very unique. Whether it is wildlife, shells or fossils you are looking for, every day is a new day with new discoveries! We hope you will love it just as much as we do!
It is our main goal to provide a home which is refreshing and relaxing. We have personally furnished and decorated this unit and have paid close attention to details. Some of the fantastic amenities at this resort include large heated pool with lap lanes (over 70 feet long), extra large hot-tub, state of the art fitness center, elegantly decorated clubhouse with free WiFi internet access, two tennis courts, sand volleyball, basketball court, horseshoe pits, walking trails, gas grills, charcoal grills, and adjacent 250 acre nature park. It is also conveniently located right across from Don Pedro Island and just one mile to the water taxi and ferry to Palm Island. Walking distance to two terrific restaurants. Numerous public golf courses located within 10 minutes. My husband personally used to work on Boca Grande and the amenities here at Cape Haze outshine anything around.
In furnishing this paradise we spared no expense. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, and attached Master Bath with large shower. Master bedroom also has fax/printer, cordless phone with answering machine and mounted flat screen TV with cable. The Second Bedroom has two twin beds and has a mounted flat screen TV and DVD with cable provided. The Second Bath has a full size shower and bath tub. Living room has leather sofa (with queen pull-out bed) and leather recliner. Living room also has large LCD TV and DVD player. The kitchen is well-equipped and has beautiful granite counters. There is also a front-loading washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The unit is equipped with free local and free long distance calling as well as free high speed internet access via cable modem (in the actual unit -- you don't have to walk down to the clubhouse for free Wi-fi). You will be amazed at the relaxing sound and sight of the beautiful lighted fountain as you step out on your lanai. The unit gets lots of sun and we leave our windows open in the evening to enjoy the sound of the fountain and the nice fresh air. Each room has great lighting and ceiling fans in each room. Please absolutely no smoking and no pets allowed!
