The highlight of this vacation home is its private deck with a five-person hot tub overlooking the ocean.

With floor-to-ceiling windows, your view of the ocean and sea life is unobstructed from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Skylights give you a view to the stars and sunshine.

The beautiful river-rock fireplace is cozy and inviting. The entertainment area features a 53-inch-high definition television with DVD, super VHS, and CD player built into beautiful custom cabinetry. "Stressless" leather sofa and chairs give you maximum comfort and relaxation during your stay. The wet bar adds to the ambiance.

The condominium is large, almost 1600 square feet, and is handicap accessible with two elevators to the home. The romantic master bedroom has its own private bath with a jacuzzi tub for two.

Guests have access to the Beach Club, with swimming pool, spa, exercise facility, pool table, game room, gathering room, and 19-seat surround-sound theater with real theater seats.

  • Kid Friendly: Kids love this place! Although it is perfect for romantic getaways for two, kids love the colors, the big screen TV, the ocean, and all the amenities.
  • Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The minimum age for the primary renter, who assumes total financial responsibility for actions of the entire rental party, is 25 years old, and they must have a major credit card in their own name.
  • Smoking Not Allowed: Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the oceanfront deck. Smoking is allowed on the street side of the building provided smoke does not enter the building or bother other guests or residents, and provided all smoking materials are disposed of properly. Violation of this rule will result in a minimum $200 penalty and forfeiture of the unit without refund.
