This gorgeous home is a steal in Rosemary Beach! We left our previous rental company so that we could rent this home at a more affordable price. Many comparable homes rent for hundreds more per week! We provide many amenities including bikes, a gas grill, internet, etc. We are located within official Rosemary Beach town limits -- many other 'Rosemary Beach' listings are not!

This home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 6 TVs, DVD/VCRs, Playstation, and high speed internet access. “Kiddin’ Around” is great for 2 families, featuring 2 master suites, each with king size bed and private bath.
The spacious, open downstairs area has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast bar that accommodates 4; the dining room table seats 6; living room with 2 couches, armoire with TV and VCR/DVD player, adjoining a sitting area with 2 wicker chairs and love seat. The downstairs master suite, with king size bed and private bath, opens to the private courtyard with teak lounge chairs for sunning, a table and chairs for dining, and 2 grills (gas and charcoal) for your convenience.
The upstairs master suite features a 4-poster hand carved king size bed, TV armoire, 2 night stands, and private bath. French doors open to the upstairs balcony, which has panoramic views of manicured greens and the beautiful town of Rosemary Beach. The master bath has a granite vanity with double sinks and walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. French doors open to the upstairs balcony. It shares a full bath with the fourth bedroom, which has 2 twin beds and is great for children or young adults. It comes complete with TV/DVD player, Playstation and games. There’s also a children’s play table, toys, and puzzles.
“Kiddin’ Around” is conveniently located to enjoy all the amenities of Rosemary Beach, with just a short stroll to the beach (we are on the corner of W Long Green and Water St - directly across from beach access). Overlooking the manicured greens, it offers great views of the architecturally rich town of Rosemary Beach and is in close proximity to 2 of the 4 pools in Rosemary. From the upstairs balcony, you can see the Barbados pool (heated in the winter), which is a short walk down Water Street toward the beach. The Cabana Pool is equally close. You’ll also want to check out the other 2 pools – the famous Coquina Pool and the enclosed Sky Pool (which is heated in the winter) across the street from the fitness center on one side and clay tennis courts on the other, both offering their services for a nominal fee.
Boardwalks to the beach and park-like paths wind through Rosemary so you can easily bike (bikes provided) or stroll to the beach or take a quiet walk if you want to absorb the ambiance of Rosemary Beach.
