Nihilani is Princeville's newest luxury resort community, and offers an experience of spaciousness and comfort rarely seen in the vacation rental experience. Our floor plan is one of the largest of those offered in Nihilani, and features 3 bedrooms with an office and laundry room upstairs, leaving plenty of room downstairs to socialize, cook and enjoy the golf course views with lanai, and relax together in the open kitchen, dining and living room areas. With nearly 1900 square feet of living space, we know you will feel free to relax in a home, not a cramped "unit" or "hotel style" condo.
The resort grounds are lush and tropical, with the special attraction of a luxury rock landscaped pool area . These recreation grounds are a gorgeous and fantastic place to hang out, read, relax, swim, hot tub, or grill your favorite dishes. It is a short walk from our home to the pool, and we know you will use and enjoy this extra special amenity!
The location of Nihilani is perhaps the greatest gift of all, with intimate proximity to everything that makes the North Shore of the Garden Isle famous as one of the most lush and beautiful places in Hawaii.
Access to the best beaches on the island, including Ke e, Hanalei Bay, Annini, Haena beach park and others are all within 5 to 20 minute drives. It is a one mile walk (or very short drive) along the Makai Golf Course path to the world class "Princeville Hotel" with fine dining or cocktails, beach access and fabulous Bali Hai views over Hanalei Bay for those magical sunsets. We are also walking distance to "Hanalei Bay Resort" with the Happy Talk lounge for music and cocktails overlooking the most amazing landscape over Hanalei Bay.
If golf is your game, you are steps from the Makai Golf course whose perimeter path is in front of our home. The World Class Prince course is a 3 minute drive, Hanalei Village and Bay is a beautiful 10 minute drive offering great fine or casual dining, surf shops and eclectic boutiques, yoga and much more.
Lots of outdoor activities originate on the North Shore, so whatever your passion, we are sure you will love the location at the Nihilani Resort in Princeville.
