My home is in located in the Pebble Beach Sunbelt area within the 17 Mile Drive security gate and is convenient to Carmel, Monterey, The Lodge and all golf courses. You will find my remodeled home has two wings, spacious, comfortable, convenient and clean. The bedrooms are on the end wings of the home allowing for privacy yet with open design of the central areas offering plenty of common living area for gathering around the fire place and the game room. There is a filtered view of the Pacific and Point Lobos from the deck.
The home provides easy access for the Pebble Beach Concours d'elegance, Horse Shows, Dixieland Festival, Jazz Festival, the ATT Pebble Beach National Pro Am and the many other events on the Peninsula
The master wing and the guest wing have a total of 3,000 sq ft of living space. All three of the bathrooms,the three bedrooms and the recreation room (with a bar, pool table, 47" TV) have been remodeled. There is WiFi and DSL internet and cable TV.
Each wing of the home has its own kitchen and Master Suite. Both master suites have a California King Size bed (7'x7')and attached bathroom. The third bedroom, with a queen bed is located in the master wing adjacent to the main bathroom which has a large walk in shower as well as a Toto toilet with bidet and cleansing. All bed and bath linens are provided as well as a supply of soap, paper and kitchen products.
The master wing kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, linens, pots/pans and spices. There are two baking ovens, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and icemaker. The second kitchen in the guest wing is fully equipped with full stove, microwave and a bar refrigerator.
Sliding glass doors from each wing open onto a 500 sq ft deck with a full garden and covered patio. The covered patio has an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Just perfect for entertaining.
Looking for the perfect Golfing Holiday? I'm pleased to assist you in selecting your courses. Spyglass, Spanish Bay, Cypress, Poppy Hills, MPCC, Peter Hay and, of course, Pebble Beach itself - are all within 5 -10 minutes. The area's twenty or so other courses are also within an short drive.
For Touring? Allow me to present information on Big Sur, Carmel Valley, The Monterey Aquarium, Steinbach Center, Monterey County's Wine Appellation plus the theatres, concerts, festivals and events.

I enjoy buying a house and working on it until it meets my definition of a home: comfortable, casual and convenient. This home worked so well I've kept it to enjoy the area. In the Monterey - Pebble Beach - Carmel area, this home fits the definition to a "T".
As to golf, that's me asking Andy Garcia at the ATT Pebble Beach Golf Tourney asking why he hit the tree rather than the 7th green at Spyglass. Andy was not a "happy golfer". The golf courses here are superb whether you are playing or watching a tournament. They can not be beaten.

Our family of six spent one week in this home. The house had a nice set up especially the central living room and kitchen. There was room for everyone to spread out for quiet time or privacy. The location is prefect, close to highway one for easy access to anywhere on the Monterey peninsula. The owner is easy and enjoyable to work with. He has so much information available on activities, restaurants and sights. Even though we have been to Monterey many times we found new things to do.

We have stayed one week in this home for the last 3 Septembers. It is a very comfortable home, great for family get-together's. Always clean, it has a wonderful layout so you don't feel cramped. The backyard is very pretty and has a nice deck for relaxing. It has a great game room with a pool table that is always a favorite in our family. The home has easy access to the freeway, Carmel, Monterey, etc. It is just a short way from the gate entrance at Pebble Beach on a nice quite street. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay at a nicely kept home that has comfort and charm.

Great house, particularly great for two families. Home has excellent location with easy access to Hwy1, Carmel and Monterey. Property is in excellent condition with update kitchen and bathrooms. We've stayed at other Pebble beach homes and highly recommend this property. Property owner "Harry" couldn't be more accommodating! Great house for Monterey Car Historics for those wishing to park indoors at night. AAA+++

Home was just as owner's listing suggested: very comfortable, extremely clean, and much like staying at a family-owned home. The amenities offered with the gated Pebble Beach community are outstanding, and the location is centrally located to many day trips. A week's stay will not be long enough to see everything in this magnificent California locale, but it will certainly provide a good taste of what's available for future visits. After much internet searching, finding this gem was a happy surprise. We were 2 retirement-aged couples with our 90 yr-old aunt who all were able to enjoy this well stocked, beautifully appointed, and thoroughly relaxing home. We especially enjoyed honing our billiards's skills :). Harry the owner is spectacularly easy to communicate with and receives high marks for his continued assistance to make sure all was well with his VRBO home ... we have absolutely nothing-less-than STELLAR reviews for this home.

My family and another family stayed in this vacation home in July 2010 and we found everything to be great about it including the location, the condition of the home and the attention to detail by the owner. Harry took great lengths to look after our needs and helped us find out what we should see and take in while on our first trip to Pebble Beach. Especially helpful were the suggestions for hikes around Pebble Beach including the Pebble Beach Golf Course! I would recommend this home to anyone especially two families travelling together. This Pebble Beach home delivered everything advertised and then some! Location, location, location....best and comfortable accomodations and beautiful grounds. The owners were very hospitable and attentive to details. you will not be dissapointed with this rental!

We could not have been happier with this wonderful home. It is even better than the description in the listing. Full of thoughtful amenities - everything you need for a relaxing, fun vacation is in the home. Furniture was comfortable, beds were great, and the patio and garden were lovely. We were two couples badly in need of some down time and this was the perfect place. The two separate wings,plus central gathering places, really work for two couples or two families. The owner could not have been more helpful and nice. We hope to be back and highly recommend this home.

We had a wonderful time!!!!! Weather was 50 at night, 65 during the day with 10 mph winds. Perfect for golf! The house was wonderful and we felt like it was ours after a couple of days. Next year we are thinking about Pasatiempo, Bayonet, Black Horse, Poppy and whatever other golf courses you can arrange. We left you 2 bottles of Chardonnay in the main kitchen fridge. We want to be the best renter you ever had. Thanks, again!!

My family loved this house! The owners took great care to provide a comfortable place to stay. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The home decorating was warm & inviting. The owner was great to work with and added some nice touches - sending information on the area, local places to eat, and a welcome sign upon arrival- to name a few. The home was very spacious with plenty of room for everyone to have their privacy. The back yard was beautiful with a variety of flowers and frequent visits by birds. The outdoor furniture was comfortable and we loved the large deck. The family enjoyed a nightly game of pool in the game room. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!

It made us feel as if we know you and your family!!Also, thanks for all the recommendations of restaurants and things to do. We followed your advice to a tee!! Karen loves Pepolli and I really enjoyed Pebble Beach Stillwater Bar and Grill dining while watching players come up the 18th hole!!If you ever come to Florida you should call us and we’d love to return just some of your hospitality by taking you out to dinner!!
