This spacious, comfortable and easily accessible 10 room home is in Upper Pebble Beach within the Del Monte Forest. The setting is sunnier and warmer with little or no wind and easy access to all of the beauty of the Monterey Peninsula. You will love the area, the home and the conviviality of this casual living.
Carmel and Monterey are 1.5 miles, while the Lodge at Pebble Beach, Spyglass & Spanish Bay are within minutes.

The home has two separate wings with a total of 3,150 sq ft of living space. All three of the bathrooms,the three bedrooms and the recreation room (with a bar, pool table, 47" TV) have been remodeled.
Each Wing of the home has its own Master Suite with California King Size bed (7'x7')and with attached own bathroom. The third bedroom with a queen bed is located in the main unit adjacent to the main bathroom which has a large walk in shower as well as a Toto toilet seat with bidet and cleansing. All bed and bath linens are provided as well as a basic supply of soap, paper and kitchen products.
Should you choose to eat in, the Main House kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, linens, pots/pans and spices. There are two baking ovens, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and icemaker. The second kitchen in the Wing is smaller but also fully equipped with microwave, full stove and bar refrigerator.
Sliding glass doors from each wing open onto a 500 sq ft deck with a full garden and covered patio. There is an outdoor kitchen with sink and barbecue under the pergola just perfect for entertaining.
For a Golfing Holiday? Allow me to assist you in selecting your golf courses. Spyglass, Spanish Bay, Cypress, Poppy Hills, MPCC, Peter Hay and, of course, Pebble Beach itself - are all within 5 -10 minutes. The area's twenty or so other courses are within an easy drive.
For Touring: Allow me to present to you information on Big Sur, Carmel Valley, The Monterey Aquarium, Steinbach Center, Monterey County's Wine Appellation plus the theatres, concerts, festivals and events make this home a central location of your visit.
We will provide you with our Top Spots List, including superb restaurants, spas, hiking, golf, shopping, biking and nightlife. This is the best way to truly enjoy, what has been called, "the most remarkable meeting of land and water".

Main house is 2 bedroom /2 bath with futon in office, washer & dryer in each unit. The connecting Recreation Room is complete with bar, Pool table, TV, etc. Poppy Hills is 1 mile, Pebble Beach Golf is 2 Miles, Spyglass & Spanish Bay 3 Miles. Ocean Beaches are short ride or bike ride.

Harry, We just wanted you to know how much we truly enjoyed your house. It was a pleasure staying there and seeing your house and your pictures.. It made us feel as if we know you and your family!! Also, thanks for all the recommendations of restaurants and things to do. We followed your advice to a tee!! Karen loves Pepolli and I really enjoyed Pebble Beach Stillwater Bar and Grill dining while watching players come up the 18th hole!! If you ever come to Florida you should call us and we’d love to return just some of your hospitality by taking you out to dinner!!
