This house is the perfect location! It is located in Old Seagrove Beach less than a block from Seaside where you can enjoy the live outdoor music in the evenings and movies in the amphitheater on Friday nights. Shopping, restaurants and beach bars are a stroll away. You never have to get in your car.
You are also located 3 houses back from the beach. The beaches are not crowded and close enough to walk along the white sand to Seaside for a drink or lunch.
This house has a pack and play and a set of bunk-beds for children. We have internet access, cable and plenty of movies and games for the adults down to toddlers. The address is 40 Dogwood street if you would like to look it up on a map (the yahoo maps display our house at the opposite end of the street than where it is. We are about 50 yards from the beach! (try mapquest). Perfect location and house for a family that needs easy access to all types of entertainment.
The house is an old cottage style. It consists of 2 bedrooms. One has a queen size bed with a walk in closet. The other bedroom had bunk beds with the lower bed a full size. There is also a set of children's bunk beds in an adjoining space. There is one full bathroom.
We have a fenced in back yard and a hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower downstairs and a log cabin playhouse for children.
The main area consists of an open area kitchen, den and dining area. There is a large covered porch allowing you to see and hear the ocean from the house.
We have a fenced back yard for pet exercise.
Grocery Store is less than 1/2 mile.

We really liked our stay. Nice large kitchen and fenced backyard. It does need updating for the spring break price we paid. Couches have covers that don't stay in place and furniture is very old and wobbly. The sad part...not really anything to do with our house is that dogs are not aloud on the beach.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners.

The house was fully stocked with everything from toys to movies, everything a kitchen needs, plenty of towels, and a large flat screen tv in the livingroom. The house is used by pet owners so if u have allergies think about meds. Other than that we had 2 adults and 3 children and were completly comfortable. We will DEFINETLY stay here again :)Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, pet owners.

The Seagrove Hilton is good value for money considering the proximity to the beach and the lovely little town of Seaside. We stayed here with our two teens and small dog and found the facilities to be suitable for our needs. (However we were disappointed to learn that dogs are not allowed on any of the beaches.) The restaurants in the area are fabulous and would highly recommend Cafe 30A, V, Southern Cafe, the Red Bar and of course Bud and Alley's is a must to watch the sun go down. The people in the neighborhood are friendly, but beware of the cyclists on the sidewalks, who do not seem to have lights or a bell to warn you that they are approaching! This was our first visit to 30A and the beaches of South Walton and we loved it, we will be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners.

The property is in a good location and an easy walk to seaside and the beach access is across the street. We found the neighborhood to be quiet and everyone is very friendly. This stilt house was small, but accommodated a family of 4 (2 adults,2 children) and was well appointed. You should be advised that this house is rented to pet owners as stated in the description, but the deoderizor that the cleaning company used was too strong, a concern for asmatics and those who suffer from allergies. The house was clean except for the pet hair that was found on the baseboards and pillow cases.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners.

The house was great for me and my wife and small dog. 5 minute walk to a perfect beach and a 5 minute walk to Bud & Allie's-community attractions. The kitchen was big and spacious. Comfortable living room. Overall had a great experience at this property.Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway.

Great location-can walk or ride bike to just about anywhere in Seaside, Seagrove, or Watercolor. Fenced in yard very convenient for pets. Nice deck with view of gulf. Easy access to beach. Quiet location. Would love to return soon.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

We loved the Seagrove Hilton and look forward to staying there again! This lovely home was perfect for our family of 4....clean, comfortable, and close to beach access. The home is well-equipped with everything we needed to spend a fun family spring break. Great access to Seaside, bike rental, cute shops, publix grocery store. I highly recommend this wonderful beach house!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, pet owners.

We loved every aspect of this cottage. We grilled out every night and our dog loved being able to wander around the fenced in back yard. It's an easy 5 minute walk to the ocean and 10 minute walk to "downtown" Seaside. The wrap around deck was perfect, too. We will try to rent this place the next time we vacation at Seaside.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, pet owners.

We stayed in this house the last week of May. We loved it! It is a perfect house for a small family. It is clean and very comfortable. It is decorated really "beachy". The master bed and sheets were really great! The best thing about this house is LOCATION!!!! It is such a short walk to the prettiest, NOT crowded beach. It is sooooo close to Seaside and all that that offers. This house was fantastic and Kendra(the owner) was really easy and accomodating. This is the perfect place to stay for a family vacation. The location to Seaside and the beach is fantastic. The house was very warm and inviting, and was very comfortable for our family of four. We enjoy the fact that you never have to get in your car. The house is very close to the ocean and to downtown seaside so you can swim, shop, eat out, bike... all without ever getting in the car. The area is a quiet spot and not very crowded if you are a first time visitor.
