This Condo is THE ONE. Awesome decorating, open floor plan and design set it apart. Aside from the incredible views and convenient, private location it has two King Beds and two Twin Beds for maximum comfort and sleepability. The large sectional couch, dining room table and barstools can accommodate your entertaining needs. The couch is not a sleeper sofa but it can be configured to sleep people or use our blow up mattress.
You will feel right at home in this Condo and it has everything you'll need if you want to cook in house rather than go out including a Weber Gas Grill on the patio. Please call or email if you have any detailed questions or needs.

Why the Owner Chose Moab
We initially purchased a condo in Moab because we race mountain bikes and it's the mountain bike mecca of the world. We can ride here year round! However we also fell in love with the various types of terrain, scenery and recreation options offered by the area.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
One of the things we love about our condo is how peaceful and quiet the area is. Our kids can ride their bikes everywhere, swim, hike, chase lizards and we can truly relax. We also have a unique picture view of the La Sals Mountains in our large living room window. We're always surprised how well our condo accommodates our family and any guests we bring along. The floor plan is spot on.

A terrific condo, better than we had expected. Large, comfortable, big windows with lovely views. The kitchen was modern and well-equipped, the master bedroom spacious and lovely. A great value for the price!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal - a couple miles from downtown Moab, with great views. The photos online were accurate (sometimes they are not!) The house is larger than we expected, which worked great for two couples. The owners were great to work with. I highly recommend this rental property.
Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway.

New and well layed out for vacations. The area is quiet with well maintained streets and landscaping. The property has a full kitchen( we used it several times) and a gas grill for outdoor cooking. It's close to the golf course, @ 2miles to down town Moab, 4 miles? to Arches National park. Our wifes loved the beds and bedrooms ..big&new with TV's The pool was close and well used people from the area.
Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary in Moab. This condo was spacious, beautifully decorated, quiet and comfortable. Just what we needed after a killer hike!!! A great place to stay and extra amenities such as a washer , dryer and weber grill.

We stayed for three lovely days in late July 2009. The condo is terrific - very modern and private. It is way better value than any downtown motel. Every facility that we wanted was provided and the pool was great. We would recommend it to anybody who values the comforts of home and the incredible scenery outside.

We stayed in this condo in January and loved it! We like to stay in rental houses/condos when we travel, and this was far and aware the best value of anywhere we have ever stayed. The place is spacious, clean, comfortable and well located. We especially appreciated the flexibility in accommodating our dogs.
