If you look at the website for the leading real estate agencies in town, such as Century 21 and ReMax, you will find that condos can be purchased for less than $100,000 or more than $500,000. When renting condos on the internet, you want to make sure that you get the location and quality that you want.
This condo is the top-of-the-line. It has the best beachfront location and luxury furnishings. Other condos are across the street or several blocks from the beach. This is right on the beach. You hear the waves from the condo.
Location within the building: Our condo is on the second floor, which gives a better view of the ocean and more privacy than ground floor units. It is the second floor on the ocean side, but the first floor on the parking lot side, so there are no flights of stairs for carrying suitcases or groceries. Our patio is positioned both west and north to take advantage of the best view of the beach, ocean and sunsets.

We spent 2 weeks in Dave's condo in July 2012. WE LOVED IT! What a beautiful, modern, spacious condo with great amenities. The unit had wifi, a US phone, local phone as well as being furnished with all the necessities of a family coming from the US. Dave put together a list of recommended activities and restaurants that were used daily and much appreciated. This condo is just as described...very very pretty, well appointed, georgous patio with wonderful views. It is in a beautiful area, and not too far from the town. Having the phone to US and WIFI were wonderful amenities, as was the beach chair, towels, etc. The condo was spotless, well maintained. Dave the owner was wonderful in providing information on the area for dining, sightseeing, etc., along with very helpful local tips. We enjoyed the beachfront restaurants in town, never had a bad meal! We had a great week and are looking forward to returning next year. I highly recommend this property!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The condo is the perfect place to come back to after a long day of excursions or a beach day. The views were incredible and the pool is just the right temperature for relaxing. Getting to and from the town is not a problem if you don't have a car. If you don't want to walk, a taxi is always available for about $5. Overall the clean, cool space to retreat from the steamy Costa Rican weather. The condo staff were very friendly and always willing to help out. We had a great time!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Langosta Beach. The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures, beautifully appointed, new furnishings and extremely comfortable. The internet US phone line was a life saver with our children being in the states, what a plus. The area is beautiful, the view of the beach is breathtaking and is very private. Rent a 4WD if you get a vehicle, you will need it, the roads are rough, and that is an understatement! If your looking for a quiet, romantic, beautiful getaway, this should be your choice.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We rented this beautiful condo for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect and the condo beautiful. It has everything you need to have a home away from home. We loved having a washer and dryer - going home with all clean clothes. ALso, the internet and US phone are a huge plus if you stay 2 weeks! Langosta allows you the closeness to Tamarindo and all the great things to do and places to eat, while being on a quit beach. We plan to make this our vacation spot from now on. Long walks, picking up shells, and watching the sunsets from the balcony - this place has it all! My husband got our SUV stuck in the mud way out of town and the management company came to our rescue. They hooked us up with a couple of amazing men to help and when we brought our muddy car back to the condo, the security person asked if we needed him to wash our car. Those are the extra things that sold us on RPM and our rental! We will be back and bring our families!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.
