This great home has Gulf views from the front & back decks and porches. Stand or sit in one of the many rocking chairs and catch the sunrise and/or watch the sunset. When you want to rest in the shade, head to the street level and sip on the cool libation of choice while enjoying the seating, huge hammock, and porch swing.
Poppy's Place was built in 2006 and has all the upgrades and amenities you want, including stainless steel appliances and ceramic tile floors. Windows, windows, everywhere, give you views to the Gulf of Mexico, the beaches, the sand dunes, the tennis courts and swimming pool, and the 18 hole golf course.
Sleeping arrangements for up to 11 include: Queen in main, queen w/ twin trundle in 2nd, queen w/ set of twin bunks in 3rd, queen sleeper in living room, with a TV wherever you decide to fall asleep.

Why the Owner Chose Dauphin Island
Beautiful,gated community with porches on front and back of house where you have gulf views as well as, gorgeous views of the sunset and/or sunrise. A swimming pool across the street on the south side and the golf course is behind the house on the west side. No matter where you look, it is beautiful and peaceful. Our sitting area under the house has been a great place to entertain, cookout, and provides a cool safe place for young children to play.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Hiking on the beach, fishing in the Gulf of Mexico, golfing on the golf course overlooking the Gulf, and biking/walking on the bike trail which extends from east end of island the the west end. A swimming pool provides oportunities for fresh water swimming and relaxing.
