I come to PCB abt 3 times a year and ususally like to try out different condos each time, this is a condo I will be happy to stay out again. I really liked having the screen doors on the patio doors it was a great week to trun off the AC and sleep with the doors slightly open, this is the only unit I have ever stayed in with screens on their doors and I loved it. I really appreciate that the Todd and Jenny seem to keep up with the condo as well as they seem to screen the ones who rent from them, every thing seems to be taken care of many times I know people do not treat things as their own but it appears that the renters do seem to care for the owners property.I loved the layout in the master bath two sinks in seperate areas made it great to share the bath with a girlfriend.

I would definitely recommend this property. It is a beautiful condo and the beach is fabulous. The beds are very comfortable. Photos accurately reflect its appearance. The owner was very helpful in answering all of my questions.

We had a great week in Palazzo and Panama city. First time for us being here. The Condo is great, everything in good shape, very well equipped. With handover and organisation, everything went well. Todd gave us super ideas and good recommendations for a deeper insight in Panama city and good catches for the restaurants. Absolutely recommandable from our side.

We spent 3 wonderful days in Palazzo Paradise and had no complaints. The accomadations were spacious and the kitchen is huge! The photos showcase the condo, but it is so much better to see in person. And the view from the balcony is amazing. We loved listening to the roar of the ocean while having our morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine. There are tons of things to do around there and had alot of fun exploring the area. The info book is incredibly helpful and provides numerous suggestions for activiites/restaurants in the area. We especially enjoyed the scenic drive to Rosemary Beach and Seaside. Overall a wonderful family vacation!!

Charming spacious condo - photos of rental's appearance most accurate - clean/ well maintained - owner considerate in supplying 'extras' that make a stay exceedingly pleasant. Owner most helpful in answering questions & concerns. Excellent restaurants/great super markets/other shopping near by. Would highly recommend to friends and family. All made for a pleasant stay.

My recent visit to the Palazzo was "on the money." What was described by the owner was what was delievered. What was shown in the pictures was what was there. The condo unit was in excellent condition, clean, and very inviting. It was a wlecomed site after a long drive. There was one question at our arrival and it was answered immediately with a call to the owner. I find the Palazzo as a very nice oasis in a very busy beach tourist area. The security seemed to be what I find as reassuring in that area. No problems were experienced, but then, no problems were anticipated either. All of the more recent and upscale areas are within an easy drive from the Palazzo. To give a perspective to my comments, I am a 40 year visitor to the Panama City Beach area and have seen the many, many chances to the over the years. Units in the Palazzo provide a secure, satisfying respite for those hoping for a child/adult/friendly beach experience.

This is our second time at Palazzo Paradise and we are impressed how impeccable the place still is two years later. We loved it even more this time around and are already talking about another return trip. The condo has all the essentials you will need, just like at home. And the view is stunning.

This property was excellently appointed -- all we needed was our clothes. From beach chairs and umbrellas to the amenities in the kitchen, we found everything we needed for the perfect vacation. Todd was always prompt in replying to any questions that we had on the unit, which was adorned with tropical decor. It was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures! The condo was in pristine condition when we arrived, and it was conveniently located near Pier Park and other dining and recreation facilities. Because the building was on the western edge of PC Beach, the beach was not as crowded as other areas in town. We loved Palazzo Paradise, and would recommend it highly to our family and friends. We will definitely stay here the next time we travel to Panama City Beach.

We had a great vacation, weather was perfect, perfect location. Since I only get to take 1-2 vacations a year I like to relax somewhere nice and the Palazzo condo was WONDERFUL!!! Very clean and beautiful and the new Pier Park right down the street offered a lot to do in the evenings in a beautiful setting.....Looking forward to going back.

My women's circle of 5 went online looking for "a nice place on a sunny beach where we could all stay together" - and we were lucky enough to stumble upon Todd and Jenny's second home. The love they have for this condo shows throughout, but it is not so personal that you are uncomfortable. Everything was very clean and tastefully colorful. They are stocked with more than an average rental. For example, we appreciated that they had an electric tea kettle, a blender, and a simple knife sharpener. Other things we appreciated were: - open floor plan between kitchen, dining and living areas - beach views from both the living/dining area and master bedroom balconies - easy seating for 6 at the dining table and a high table for 4 on the balcony (so you easily see over the railing) - great beachfront - not too crowded, beautiful sand (no tar balls!), nice waves to play in when we were there - pool with beachfront view when we didn't want to play in the waves or deal with sand (hot tub with good jets, too!) - the overall size of the condo was very moderate and it was always easy to get an elevator. It was not a huge complex with a billion units like some we passed. - the units are well sound proofed. One night we heard a couple of people on a nearby balcony, but it was ok. Inside we heard nothing - no street noise which could have been significant, no one above, below or next to us. - Todd was a gem. He responded quickly anytime we emailed or called and was very helpful with suggestions for the area. - one morning around 10 while we were out on the balcony, we even saw a pod of dolphins swimming! Talking to others on the beach, this seemed fairly common the week we were there. You could manage without a car as it is right across the street from a very well stocked WinnDixie which even had some organic and gluten free food. There is a great Thai/sushi restaurant very close, too. However, plan to walk along the beach as the road has no sidewalks and is a big strip of hubbub. It is about a 25 min. walk to Pier Park along the beach. If you get a car, go check out Bud and Alley's restaurant on the beach in Seaside where the Truman Show was filmed.

We go to Panama City Beach twice a year and this the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. It was our yearly "Spring Break" vacation with our adult children and 3 yr old grandaughter. The condo is absolutely beautiful and immaculate. Everything you could ask for and more. It also is very spacious. The welcome binder was really an asset because everything you needed to know was in there. We loved the location because we weren't bothered by the usual spring break crowd. Very convenient to Winn Dixie and CVS. We walked to Pier Park a couple of times. Our grandaughter loved the rides and the "bouncy" things. My favorite place to eat was Panama Pizzeria because they have very good Italian food. My children's favorite was Guy Harvey's. My kids loved all of the "stuff" in the beach bin. They played football, soccer, and many other sporty things. My son and daughter-in-law used the fitness center and liked that they were able to see the gulf while working out. The condo was perfect, it wasn't lacking anything. Hopefully, we will be able to spend next spring break there as well.

We were extremely pleased with this rental property. The listing information and photos were accurate and helpful. The owner could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We were able to meet Todd while we were in Panama City Beach, and he was just as delightful in person as on the phone. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to any of our friends or relatives. We look forward to returning again soon. We like this part of Panama City Beach because it is quiet and accessible to the restaurants and shopping on Highway 30A and Destin. Also, the Pier Park area is very close. We are a retired couple, but this condo would be very adequate for families as well.

I was quite pleased with this condo. The furnishings were good quality, clean and comfortable, and it looks good. Everything was in excellent shape. I especially liked the colorful touches: a colorful chair, pictures, and whimsical animals here and there. The kitchen was beautiful - dark cabinets and quality granite counters. Todd was very easy to work with and responded right away to all questions. He also has compiled a wonderful binder full of information and instructions, places to go, restaurants, everything you can think of for the area. They also leave all kinds of helpful items in the pantry, like spices, crackers, baggies, dish soap, a ton of things. Palazzo is my favorite condo on PCB; it's got one of the best pool areas; and I've been coming here for 31 years and have stayed in probably twenty resorts.

My husband, toddler, infant and I enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing stay in the Palazzo Paradise condo! Everything was beautifully decorated without being stuffy or cheesy, and we had just about anything we could need provided for us. Chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, pots, pans, utensils, pantry basics - really lovely. We flew to PCB and did not rent a car. We loved being able to walk to Winn Dixie, the drug store and a pizza shop. The beach is gorgeous as is the pool. We hope to be back!

My husband, children (ages 6 and 3 1/2) and parents stayed here 10/2010. It's one of the best furnished condos we've stayed in. It has everything you could need or want. It has toys, a huge video library, golf clubs and a well stocked kitchen. It's spacious, comfortable & clean. The owners were especially nice to deal with and we hope to be back!

Although the photos were clear & well represented the property, after seeing it in person, they didn't do it justice. It's the closest thing to being in your own home! The unit was completely spotless when we arrived. As many beachfront condos as we've stayed in, we've never come across one so completely furnished with everything you'd need. The kitchen doesn't just have the bare necessities - it is very well stocked. There is also a huge amount of books, games & videos, even golf clubs, so you don't have to bring your own. There is lots of helpful information in the unit on things to see, places to go/eat, etc. We felt like we knew exactly where to go & what to expect. We spent almost every night at Pier Park. It has everything for the whole family...of all ages. Our 4-year old loved the small rides. Our favorite restaurant was Reggae J's Island Grill...fantastic food plus great live music. If you love Panama City Beach, this is the perfect place to stay!!!
Owner response:Guests enjoy the big container of beach stuff and many other second home amenities.

This was a fabulous vacation destination from start to finish! The listing details and photos were exactly what you can expect upon arrival! The condo has been stocked with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation! The location is on the western end, out of the heavy tourist traffic yet close enough to access everywhere you may want to go! The owner was so easy to work with from confirming reservations to even providing time saving directions. It was wonderful to arrive with all check in information in hand. We plan to return to the area again....the beach is beautiful too!

We really enjoyed this home away from home. It felt like our very own beach house and the view was spectacular. We were steps from the beach where the the water was crystal clear and the sound of the waves magically relaxes you. Nearby is Pier Park Mall for shopping, plenty of restaurants to choose from, a fantastic italian bakery, a grocery store plus lots of water activities. This will definitely be where we'll be coming back on our next trip to PCB. Shhhh... don't let our secret out!

The Palazzo Paradise was a great place for our summer vacation! The condo is beautifully decorated, the view is magnificent and it was very, very CLEAN. Being on the west end of the beach was very convenient to everything but far enough away from all of the hustle and bustle of the other areas. The pool area on the lobby level overlooking the ocean was very nice and felt as if you were at a tropical resort. We will definitely be making plans to stay here again!

What a great vacation we had here at Palazzo Paradise! The condo is superb, close to the hot spots, but far enough to enjoy family time at the beach or pool. The upscale furnishings and kitchen make your time here feel like a first class vacation destination. The short walk from the condo to the beach makes it a wonderful place to enjoy the day in the water. We would highly recommend this condo for a vacation to relax on the beach or take in all the activities of PCB. We enjoyed a boat ride to Shell Island, a tour on wave runners, airboat rides and much more. Enjoy a piece of luxury in paradise!

Palazzo Paradise was everything we hoped it would be; and the property has many wonderful amenities. The pool, hot tub, and exercise room were all top notch, and the covered parking was a nice feature in the hot Florida sun! The furnishings and decor look as if they were hand picked by a professional interior designer. We spent quite a bit of our time on the balcony; the view is wonderful and the balcony is very spacious. We enjoyed the west end of PCB and discovered several great spots to eat. Don't miss this little piece of Paradise!

The owners have named their condo "Palazzo Paradise" and it seems so appropriate. I would definitly recommend it to anyone. It was clean, nicely furnished and had everything we needed. It was probably the most relaxing vacations I personally have ever been on. Our whole family had a wonderful time especially our granddaughter. The view from the balcony is spectacular and the pool and hot tub is a nice plus. We only could to stay 4 nights, but next time hopefully it will be a week. If we had to rate it from 1-10 we would rate it a 10++++

The view from the balcony is excellent and the accommodations are very comfortable. There was plenty of living space and the kitchen was fully equipped. The pool and hot tub were easily accessible and never too busy. Although this complex is within walking distance of a lot of fun areas, the beach along it is quiet and pleasant. However, I arrived while the complex was still new. The workout room was not yet complete and there were few other people staying in the building.

The condo is spacious and well-furnished. Sunsets as viewed from the balcony were gorgeous. Being at the West End, the Palazzo is separated from the busy part of the beach by a few miles--could be good or bad depending on how you like your vacations.
