Cancellation policy: A reservation may be canceled at any time by notifying us in writing or via e-mail. If the cancellation notice is received 30 days or more prior to check-in date, you will receive a full refund less a $75.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation notice is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date, we will issue a refund for days that we are able to rebook, less the cancellation fee.

Our stay this year was even more enjoyable than the last. I want to thank Nancy and Jeremy for allowing us to extend our stay beyond the original contract. We stayed in Cecina's condo, which is very similar to Melissa's condo in the same complex. Jeremy moved the TV for us to a spot that we liked even more - giving it a personal touch during our stay! The condo also had a printer as an added bonus, which we used so much that I ended up replacing the ink during our stay. Once again, thank you for all you have done. We hop to see you next year.

We enjoyed our stay in Melissa's condo. It was a very good location in LaJolla. The condo was in wonderful condition and very, very, clean. We would stay there again!

We stayed for a month at Melissa's condo, and we had a great time. Highly recommend this palce. Especially liked the gated community with garage parking. Great location, very near interstates.
