CONDO IS BOOKED THROUGH MID-JUNE 2012. ACCEPTING RESERVATIONS FOR SUMMER & FALL 2012.
Superb location on the Big Island, with gorgeous sunset views from the lanai and steps to the pool, Jacuzzi, and La'aloa (White Sands) Beach Park across the street. This is an excellent beach for big wave boogie boarding and body surfing, with excellent snorkeling 50 yards out to the right. If you have small children, the gentle Kahalu'u Beach Park offers snorkeling in calm, shallow waters just one mile south on Ali'i Drive.
Our condo comes equipped with boogie boards and some snorkel gear, but you may want to rent or buy your own at Snorkel Bob's in Kailua-Kona, where prescription goggles can be rented by the day or week.
Groceries can be purchased in Kailua-Kona or at the KTA supermarket in the Keahou Shopping Center, 2 miles south on Ali'i Drive, where there is also an 8-screen Cineplex theater. We often barbeque outdoors in the common area by the pool and then eat on the lanai as viewing perfect sunsets over the Pacific.
Our condo is ideal for families with children or teenagers. You will fall in love with Hawaii, we guarantee it!

This condo was an ideal and comfortable set-up for our family of 5. We loved having the full kitchen, and the large balconey overlooking the grounds/pool was very nice. The pool and grounds were nicely maintained and it ws great to sit at the pool and be able to view the ocean-beach. The beach was extremely convenient to walk to (across the street) and had great waves and good snorkeling, and there is plenty to do in the area. In summary, great Value!!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was perfect for our family of 5 (3 teenagers). It slept all 5 of us comfortably and was a great location. The pool was only a few steps from the condo, was warm and uncrowded, and areas around the pool were very nicely groomed and maintained. While the beach across the street is small, and could be a bit crowded, it was easy to get to and had plenty of fun activities including good snorkeling, waves to play in and/or boogie board on. There were also plenty of other activities in the vicinity. This is a very functional condo set-up, with a great location, and therefore, an excellent value proposition.
