I honestly couldn't have found a better place to stay than here. You really can't beat the price and location of this place. It was so much more spacious than the other rooms my friends had booked for this destination wedding weekend that they ended up doing all the wedding preparations in our place. Owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. When I visit Oahu again, I will definetly look into staying here.

We have rented Cyndi's condo 3 times so far and have never been disappointed! Cyndi is a pleasure to work with and her property manager is always helpful and available. We have taken our children as well as other family members and find there is plenty of sleeping space. The condo is conveniently located to plenty of local activities and having the parking included is a true lifesaver! The condo is always clean and there are plenty of ammenities that are in the condo for renters to use. This condo definitely offers the most value for your dollar. I have referred other friends and family members and we will continue to rent this condo for our Hawaii vacations as long as she will let us!

Nice condo, great location

We stayed at Cyndi's condo for 3 nights in early January. Cyndi was great to work with, prompt in our interactions, and informative. The unit is located 1 long block from Waikiki Beach, a great location. Many ABC stores close by, Lulu's restaurant 2 blocks away, about 3 blocks to the zoo, and on the (slightly) less congested end of Waikiki Beach. The bedroom had 2 comfortable full sized beds, and sliding privacy doors/wall to separate from the living room if desired. The kitchenette is small but well equipped and functional, and well supplied with utensils and dishes. The living room has a full sized sleeper sofa, but the mattress has seen better days, but with removable cushions on the back of the sofa, it was functional as a 3rd sleeping space without pulling out the mattress. The second night we found the excellent aerobed in the closet, which was more comfortable than the sofa.The bathroom is small and a bit cramped, but functional. The lanai is very nice, looking toward Diamonhead and a small glimpse of the ocean in one corner, with comfy, sturdy furniture, and a beach umbrella and beach chairs. It also overlooks the very nice pool, hot tub and tennis court deck of the Waikiki Banyan. Fast elevators to the 23rd floor location. Parking on site with a pass provided was welcom and convenient, with the parking garage being a little confusing at first and somewhat poorly designed, not a function of the condo. Security ever present at the entrance to the parking structure. The tour desk at the Banyan was helpful in arranging a couple of our outings, with bus pick up either at the Banyan or across the street at the Marriott. Small convenience store on site, a coffe shop we didn't use, and other restaurants at neighboring hotels. A great location, great price, great owner, only losing 1 star for a bit of wear on furnishings, etc. I would recommend this to friends who would need a place in Waikiki.

Perfect Condo Rental

This condo couldn't have been any more perfect. The view was breath taking. Waking up each morning and ending the night on the balcony was dreamlike. We were very pleased with the set up of the condo. It was perfect for us and our kids. Within walking distance of anything in Waikiki not to mention being only a block away from the beach. Awesome! We go to Hawai'i every year and we would definitely stay at this condo again. We have recommended this condo to other friends that may be making a trip to the island. It was so much better than staying at a hotel. It was clean and the amenities were perfect. We feel we saved by staying at the condo as opposed to a hotel. The communication with the owner couldn't have been any smoother. It was an all around positive experience.

The Condo is clean and close to beach. The manager come quickly when we lock ourselves out in the evening. Our kids love the water toys provided.

The condo was everything that was advertised at a great price!! Cyndi was great to work with beforehand! The staff at the Banyon was very helpful. After sightseeing by day, it was nice to walk at night from the condo. The beach was close, as well as, restaurants and shops. Sam's snack bar on the sixth floor and the coffee shop were both lifesavers and very reasonable!! Thank you Cyndi for a wonderful vacation.

Great Condo

We just got back from our visit to Waikiki, this condo was just as described and the owner was extremely accomodating to work with and great with responses. It is nice and close to the beach and the pool/deck area is superb especially if you have young children. Great view of Diamond Head and easy to get around. Will definately be staying at this condo again. Was extremely windy at the end of March...not sure if that is a common theme year round at this location or just the time of year. Mahalo for a great vacation.

Let me start with .... Amazing trip. this condo is wonderful. My sister and I take a yearly trip, and we have found ourselves in places that arent anything of what they seem on the internet. But this one we will return to. This condo is clean, and has all the amenities you need for a great stay. The owner is wonderful to work with. The property manager Darryl is very helpful. The parking pass is a godsend. The staff is friendly and informative. Many excursions pick you up in the lobby, or if its dining/shopping/beach fun, leave the car in the garage and walk up the street for all the enjoyment this town has to offer. This condo/complex caters to all ages. Can not wait to return in 2010.... Mahalo !!!
