This home is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac, and is right next door (directly adjacent) to the “Montage” vacation home…a fabulous 5 bedroom/5 bath home with custom pool and spa that sleeps 11-18 people. Soaring Hawk invites you to relax on the large back patio area around the brand new custom, private and heated salt-system pool, with a tanning shelf/wading area for the smaller children, and an oversized raised hot tub/spa with stackstone waterfall spillway. The yard is built for gracious entertaining with an expanse of pavers, conversation fire-pit, raised tanning/lounging area, and a built in stainless barbecue cooking island including an under-counter refrigerator. There are plenty of tables & chairs for outdoor dining and conversation. This 3,200 sq. ft. luxury home has 4 total bedrooms and 3 baths in the main home, and the separate detached Casita has an additional bedroom and full bath. There are 3 King beds, 1 Queen, 2-XL (extra-length) twin-beds, a Queen sofa-bed and a deluxe Queen air-bed available. All bedrooms include 32” HDTVs with DVD. Soaring Hawk features upscale furnishings throughout including a wide screen 60 inch High-definition Hitachi TV with DVD in the Great Room, with gas fireplace and Wet Bar. Watch classic & current hit movies from the extensive in-home movie library. The incredible Master Suite has a private bath area with dual sinks and vanity, an oversize custom tiled walk-in shower & a soaking tub with tile surround and steps. There is an extra-large walk-in closet. The Master Bedroom Suite has a King bed with Sealy Posturepedic mattress. A French door leads out from the Master Suite to the pool/spa area. The fabulous fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features slab granite counters, stainless appliances including a 5-burner gas cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, double-oven, and microwave.
