*****Paki Maui Resort unit 208 is an Oceanfront, one bedroom condo with the straight on view of the Ocean and the Beach.
*******Please bring binoculars if you want to watch the whales from your lanai. This unit has been recently upgraded with granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom. New paint and new Hawaiian style furniture make this unit affordable and yet very upscale. King size bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room can accommodate a family of four.
********The two stainless steel gas barbecues by the pool are great for cooking fish treats while watching the sunset. The large lanai with table and 4 chairs makes for great dinners by the ocean and romantic evenings under the stars.

P.S. You will enjoy the heated pool and a hot Jacuzzi on the grounds and the great whale watching, during the season. View ocean waves from your lanai or relax on the resort's lounge chairs on a grassy knoll under the palm trees. Directly across the street from this resort is a well known take out fish restaurant and a farmers market three times a week . ( Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays ). Fred Leah and Luba. Our family on Maui. We all take care of the condos including our daughter Leah. She is also our model for the website pictures that I take. Fred does the reservations, Luba makes sure the condos look great, and Leah does bookeeping. You might say this is a "family business" We love to make our guests happy and we love what we do. We take pride in having the best locations for a great price!

Why the Owner Chose Other Kaanapali Properties
When looking to buy my condos on Maui I was looking for the quality building and the good size of the units.This building is built out of stone and I love the circular shape of this building. It was one of the first condo complexes on the West side of Maui, and they had a huge waiting list originally to get these units. It was a very popular complex with the mainland crowd from the beginning. The pretty pool and hot jacuzzi and a nice barbecue area is a great plus also.The courtyard garden with its miniature water fall and the koi pond is also very appealing. In general I love the atmosphere at Paki Maui. It is very laid back and the guests and the emplyees have a great Aloha attitude. That is why we bought here, not once but twice.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We live on Maui in the Haiku area on the North Shore. When I need to relax myself and take sometime off I always try too go to one of my units at Paki Maui. I find this place most relaxing. The view from the units is the closest one to the water's edge and I can hear the waves at night sleeping like a baby. Even though Paki Maui units are not air conditioned, the fans and the constant trade winds offer the kind of relaxing atmosphere that I came to enjoy. When one of my units is open you might find me there staring at the ocean or reading a book. I hope to meet my guests there while I am visiting Paki Maui.

Thank you Fred and Luba for letting us stay in your excellent condo. The unit was clean and well equipped and definitely a bargain in west Maui. The location was perfect and the views were the best. We loved the grounds, especially relaxing under the palm trees.

We stayed at 208 from July 12-19, 2009. I don't know if the pictures really describe the view. It was super. There is a small fish market across the street and we had some great dinners on the balcony watching the sun set. The condo was clean, comfortable, and overall great. Except for a couple of noisy neighbors the trip was fantastic. We would definitely stay with the Reeves again.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The condo is very comfortable and clean, but I would have been happy had I only the lanai and a bathroom! We were up early every morning (being still on Eastern time), and thoroughly enjoyed quiet time with tea on the lanai. What a view! The sound of the surf put us to sleep each night. The constant breeze was so refreshing. We enjoyed the most wonderful snorkeling ever at Honolua Bay, just up the road. Found lots of good restaurants in the Lahaina area. This place is a treasure.

We loved staying in your condominium! It is lovely and our time there flew by too fast! We could have used more cereal bowls; otherwise, there was everything we needed.
