My wife and I just had our 2nd stay in Linda's condo and couldn't ask for a better place. We have stayed in a lot of places up and down the Grand Strand. This is by far our favorite. Linda takes great care of this place. It has everything you need and more! It is clean, crisp and comfortable. We love the decor and the fact that it makes you feel at home while you're there. Myrtle Beach is a great place to visit year round. We will definitely be back again next year. I hear golf courses calling our name! Thanks again Linda! Sorry we missed you this year.

First time trip to Myrtle Beach area

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and we LOVED IT, or should I say we loved Garden City Beach and Murrells Inlet. The condo was beautiful, clean, had gorgeous views of the ocean, the sunrise, close to fabulous restaurants and the list goes on and on. Linda the home owner met us at the door and was very welcomming. She gave us tips on places to go and the good restaurants where the "locals" go and she was right on! We were only there for 4 nights but ate at Gulf Stream Cafe in Murrells Inlet twice (Linda's recommendation) because it was that good. My husband and I are looking forward to coming back hopefully in the near future. Linda, I hope your unit will be available at that time because we definately want to come back. Thank you for a fabulous stay, we really enjoyed ourselves.

Best Place EVER

My mother and I ahve been coming to this condo for three years now & its so relaxing! Everything you need to enjoy your time is right there. Linda the owner has made the place very welcoming and efficient.The condo is located in a great spot for things to do but not be in the crazy traffic and hassel that can be Myrtle Beach you are less than 10 minutes from all the action and shopping if you want to partake in those activities. You would be truly missing out if you didn't decide to check out this place. Great for girls weekends, couples getaway or mother daughter trips! I highly reccommend Linda's rental and any restaurants in Murrells Inlet!

Garden City Paradise!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo. The pictures don't do it justice. Everything was emaculate...I could move in tomorrow! Garden City Beach was so much more than we expected. Our prior visits to Myrtle Beach were put to shame by the beautiful, almost "private" beach. Thank you for your suggestions of local restaurants; we loved Bubba's Fish Shack and River City Cafe. We also loved going to the pier and listening to music and watching people "shark fishing". A Long Trip From Iowa - and Worth Every Mile

We had a 1200 mile drive with our family, so we were hoping that everything would be as the reviews and photos indicated. The reality was they didn't do the place justice - BEING THERE WAS SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE REVIEWS AND PHOTOS would have you believe. It was picture perfect in every respect. The condo was very clean, comfortable, homey and very well-equipped - it seemed Linda had thought of everything! Being steps away from the beach, the beautiful sunrises and other views from the balcony, the proximity to all the restaurants and shopping; what a perfect place to stay. Linda made all of us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. It is so evident that her heart is in Garden City and her condo and guests. Thank you Linda for all your tips on where to eat, shop and what to do in Garden CIty and surrounding areas (including Charleston) - your knowledge of everything is certainly an unadvertised asset for your guests. You were the perfect hostess...it was our first trip, but won't be our last. Thank you for your part in making this a very memorable week for our family....and thanks for arranging the perfect weather! ;)

Linda, Your condo was perfect for us during our short stay during the Rally. I know it was a shot notice when I contacted you about getting your condo for just two days, but you helped me and my wife out with a great place to stay. Since our stay at your condo, we have been back to the beach. I wished we could have stayed at your condo, but it was not available, but I plan to make another trip this year and I will check and see if it will be available then. Your condo is one of the best condo's that my wife and I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in many over the years, but yours ranks at the top. Thanks again and I hope to do it again soon.

We have stayed in this unit several times over the past couple of years. We have been during both the winter and summer. It is always spotless and very clean. I would highly recommend this unit. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. She makes sure everything is perfect. My family will continue to use this unit in the future.

A quick getaway

Once we found Linda's place on VRBO it was very easy to communicate with Linda. She gave us very precise and very useful informations about the property, places to eat, visit, using the facilities in the building. Her condo is beautiful, the view is spectacular (we enjoyed quite a dolphin show the first week of April in front of our balcony); it is very well equipped, spotless and very nicely decorated. Having 2 bathrooms is very convenient.The bedroom - with a very nice king bed - is on the corridor side of the condo with no view but the layout of living room, kitchen and balcony makes up for it.The miles of beach in front of you is stunning and the sea is mesmerizing.We would definitely consider going to Linda's place again. PS. She is math teacher of the year, SC. - we plan to meet her next time!

We enjoyed every moment spent relaxed with the cruiseship view from the balcony. The pelicans flew by several times a day as if saying "Welcome to the beach". The condo had all the comforts of home we could have hoped for and more. Your personal touch ... suggestions for dining and sights we might enjoy were much appreciated. Leaving was made easier by knowing we will return again next year. See you in 2012!

A Wonderful Third Stay at #168816

We had another GREAT stay at Water's Edge #168816. We simply LOVE it here. This was our third stay and certainly not our last. We've loved it from the very first time we arrived, and we'll keep coming back. If you've been looking for that "Really Nice Place To Stay"! You should give this one a try. The indoor pool is very warm (even in January). There's an indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. The kitchen had everything we needed. There's a great TV and a big movie collection (for the rainy days). Several novels and even puzzle books to sample. Linda has thought of everything. The mattress in the bedroom is very comfortable. The two bathrooms are a great thing to have. The washer and dryer in the room is another big BONUS!!! I've tried to be objective, but the ONLY thing bad about #168816 is when you have to pack up the car and leave. We Love it here! I hope if you decide to try it, that you'll love it too.

Our Second Visit

This was actually our second stay at listing #168816 - Water's Edge. We LOVED it the 1st time and we were not disappointed this time. In fact, we've already booked our third visit. Linda is Wonderful! She really has done a Great job with this condo. It is beautiful and very clean. (I usually spend lots of time cleaning and running dishes through the washer when I first arrive.) "NOT HERE!" Everything is perfect when we arrive, and Very, Very Clean! The first thing that I do now is put on a pot of coffee and head for the balcony and the great view. We've finally found a favorite place to stay. We've stayed lot's of places before and were never quite satisfied. This condo has kept us coming back. If you've narrowed it down to just a few........you should definitely give this one a try!

What a pleasure to come to a condo that is so clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We took a 4-day weekend for a little getway and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The weather couldn't have been better. The view from the balcony of the full moon shining on the water was incredible. We look forward to returning for a longer stay!

My husband and myself went to this condo for a "get-away" week-end. We had a great time at this beautiful condo at the beach. The condo is nicely decorated, very clean and is completely furnished with everything that could be required for a stay at the beach. The king size bed was very comfortable. The owner was so easy and delightful to work with. I would definitely recommend this unit with no reservations.

Our Home Away From Home at Linda's

We have stayed here several times and LOVE,LOVE, LOVE it. It has been completely renovated and looks like brand new. The view is breathtaking and we just have such a wonderful time every time we visit. The owner is one of the most awesome women and she is so helpful with anything we need, including recommendations for activities and attractions in the area. Our favorite place to eat is GulfStream Restaurant and River City Cafe. The beach, pool and hot tub are what seals the deal for us. So relaxing and such a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and relatives....and have several of them who have alreadly enjoyed a week here, It is always a REAL VACATION for our family.

Beautiful Rental Unit

We stayed in this 1 bedroom condo in mid-August 2010. The unit is absolutely beautiful. It has been fully updated and renovated. It was clean and has a wonderful view on the 11th floor. The Water's Edge building is on a quiet street, at least at this time in August. The pool is updated and in good shape. We didn't go into the little diner or sundries shop. The building itself is older and the hallways and elevator areas are a little dated. But it is well maintained. I don't know anything about the other units, but I know this owner has several units in the building and if they're like this one, I highly recommend them. There are dining, shopping and groceries nearby. Nothing walking distance (except for the on-site dining). In mid-August, it's an easy 15 minute drive down to the Grand Strand, Boardwalk at the Beach and other areas. I highly recommend this unit.

This condo is awesome. It was clean and exactly as pictured in VRBO. It was stocked with every kitchen gadget and dishes we could wish for. My husband and I loved morning coffee and afternoon cocktails on the balcony. It was if we had our own fireworks show every night. We really appreciated Linda's helpful hints for restaurants and nearby attractions. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to my friends. We had a wonderful vacation.

Great Place to Vacation!

My family stayed in this condo and loved it! My daughter said it was perfect. The condo is very clean, and extremely well-equipped. The amenities in the building such as pools, hot tubs, mini-mart (which was very convenient not to have to leave to pick up a few needed items) and the beachside grill (their pizza is wonderful) - are also very well maintained and accessible. The owner, Linda, is extremely helpful and responsive when we had questions and called to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Grab your bestseller and prop your feet up ... the view from the 11th floor balcony is breathtaking. Very nicely remodeled, very comfortable, and Linda is very friendly owner to work with. I've stayed at several Waters Edge condos, and this is the best.

Beautiful, clean and well supplied Condo. Owner was wonderful to work with. Had a great vacation. Spent alot of time waiting for elevators, 160 condos and only two elevators. Will be back.

"Complete Relaxation"

You cannot get any closer to the beach than this...Just steps away....Balcony views, "sunsets" & "sunrises" were absolutely stunning. The very sense you were at the beach was evident from the moment you step into the unit.. It leaves you not wanting or needing anything...Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, perfect LCD TV, with DVD, and a great collection of movies, for those nights you just want to stay in. The second bathroom is perfect, his and hers...This unit has it all, a complete remodel, and is absolutely perfect in every way. It's close to everything, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and of course the beach..The condo "Waters Edge" has both an indoor/outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, great little restaurant at ground level. My wife and I could not have asked for a more relaxing, and enjoyable week...Just the perfect place for "complete relaxation". And what can we say about Linda, "The perfect Host"....Thank you so much for a wonderful stay...

You can't get any more beach front than this!! When you sit in the living room, looking out through the sliding glass doors, it looks like you're on a cruise looking overboard. The cleanliness, amenities, and closeness to so many restaurants, shopping, and entertainment really complements the view and the comfort of this place. I only wished we'd had more time to spend here. One thing is for sure....WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!

My husband & I stayed in this condo for 6 weeks last winter and hated to leave! Both the description and photos very accurately represent this property. It is lovely, spotlessly clean, and extremely well-equipped. The amenities in the building such as pools, hot tubs work-out room - are also very well maintained and accessible. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive when we had questions. The property is very well located; of course the ocean view is magnificent and it's wonderful to walk the beach -- if you can tear yourself away, you are close enough to Myrtle Beach if you want night life, a quick drive to Murrells Inlet for seafood restaurants , the Brookgreen Gardens also a 10 minute drive are wonderful. Huntington Beach State Park is close by for kayaking and nature, and it's not a bad drive to Charleston. Would definitely recommend this condo!
