Imagine falling asleep each night to the sound of ocean waves. Our beautiful newly remodeled ocean front condo is very spacious at approx. 1560 sq ft. You will feel as if you were at home in this 2 bedroom fully equipped kitchen condo. The living room as well as dining room, kitchen and lanai have a beautiful ocean front view of Lanai and Molokini. You can literally watch the whales swim by, as well as dolphins and turtles. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has two full beds. Also pull out queen sofa bed.
This resort has 2 swimming pools as well as BBQ, tennis courts, basketball court, restaurant, bar it also has internet access in the room. It is close to the Kahana Gateway Center, with shopping and prestiges golf courses (Kaanapali and Kapalua) only 5 minutes away.
The unit has new tile floors as well as kitchen counter tops. New kitchen appliances. The unit overlooks the pool as well. The evening SUNSETS ARE FANTASTIC. You will defintely feel like you are in paradise as you stroll along the lovely beach.

Front desk check-in fee $60.00 and $175.00 for cleaning fee.

Wonderful vacation at the Sands of Kahana!

My family recently returned from Maui, and a wonderful stay in this condo! The location and views from this condo were absolutely incredible. It was clean and spacious, and even better than expected. We are a family of 5, but there was plenty of room for everyone. We had the most wonderful time viewing whales from the lanai, lounging at the pool and snorkeling (saw a sea turtle!) right off the beach in front of the condo. This was such an ideal spot with restaurants in walking distance, but also a short drive to Lahaina for shopping, etc. The views were incredible, and it was so nice to sleep listening to the sounds of the surf all night. It was great to have the full kitchen, as it's much easier to eat in than out with 3 young kids. We enjoyed happy hour, and also "free sundae friday"! It was nice to have the bar & restaurant on-site for afternoon snacks/drinks. We really enjoyed everything about the condo, and the whole vacation. Our children (and me especially) were heartbroken to leave. We thank the owners so much for sharing their little piece of heaven with us.

We completely enjoyed the "million dollar" view from the deck (WOW) and had nothing negative to pass on to you for condition, equipment, or ammenities of the condo. Aloha-If 1st impressions are worth 1,000 words this one is a winner. The views are spectacular from every window. The condo was super clean when we arrived (family of 8) and very well put together. We were there the 1st. week of June so the heat wasn't too bad, but with no A/C, be sure to close the drapes when leaving for the day. Don't worry, open the sliders when you return for a fabulous breeze and sounds of the ocean (which are perfect for lulling one to sleep). The band in the restraunt is pretty good for the classics and they stop playing about 9:30 for those who turn in earily. The foot traffic and noise in the stairwell can be a bit much in the small bedroom all hours of the night so close the windows if you can stand it being alittle stuffy. The kitchen is roomy and nicely stocked with amenities. The tile entry and kitchen are perfect. The grounds and pool were kept clean. DO make use of the BBQ'S, they're newer and cleaned nightly. The pictures on this site really don't do this condo justice. If we come to Maui again next year, we will definately try to get this one! Mahalo for reading and have an Ono time in Maui!!
