The large decks that surround this house take full advantage of the stellar lake and mountain views. This lovely updated home is close to everything yet maintains a private feeling. One of the few lake view homes that when you look out your window there are no other homes in sight, only Lake Tahoe and the mountains.
Relax in the large hot tub overlooking Zephyr Cove beach, or hide away and turn on the gas fireplace that shines over the whirlpool bath tub in the master bathroom. Large garage has room for 3 cars + workshop and 1/2 bath. Enjoy the 50" 1080P HDTV and surf the web with our 5/1 High Speed Broadband Internet, wireless or connect direct. About 3 miles to the Casino's and Heavenly Gondola.
This home has been updated with Travertine flooring in the kitchen, dining, entry, and baths. Mahogany Laminate flooring throughout the great room and cut Berber in the bedrooms. High end DCS stainless steal appliances in the kitchen and neutral paint throughout. The large garage has a half bathroom and enough room to park your cars and have a roomy work shop.
Master has 1 Queen Bed, Bedroom 1 has two double beds, Bedroom two has two double and two twins (bunk).
Zephyr Heights Drive is gated during the winter time and access is only given to homeowners or renters. It is a very steep road for about 100YDS and with Heavy snow or ice driving on the road can be dangerous, the driveway is heated so it is not a problem. Parking below the gate is available if conditions are dangerous.

$125 Cleaning fee (depending on number of people).
Douglas County, NV charges 10% vacation room tax.
