The entrance opens into a nice hall-way leading to the wide luminous living room; it is welcoming and tastefully furnished, characterized by an original floor, rare and precious, endowed with a comfortable double sofa bed and a nice dining table allowing the lucky guests to take a seat for savoring unforgettable roman meals dipping into the magic atmosphere of this unique apartment in Rome Trastevere. There is an en suite double bedroom with two single beds, endowed with a useful wardrobe and a desk. The master double bedroom features a comfortable king size bed and an additional single bed as well as a spacious wardrobe and a useful writing desk. The third bedroom with the bunk bed, also provided with a wardrobe and a little desk, complete the exceptional accommodation capacity of this roman property.
Two bathrooms with bath tub, for relaxing after the exhausting visits to the roman museums, rightly serve the house in accordance with what the guest expects from such a quality apartment. The fully equipped independent kitchen features modern appliances and furniture and is provided with a useful dining table. The flat is equipped with fast internet connection and washing machine. Thus, it is difficult to imagine a much more convenient accommodation for the ideal roman vacation after the stay in this apartment.

From Ciampino Airport take the shuttle until Termini;from Fiumicino airport,the train until Termini railway station where catching the bus H until Piazza Sonnino.Five more minutes are necessary to reach through a pleasant walk the apartment at Via Cardinale Marmaggi.

We booked this apartment via VRBO, but it is far below the standard we have come to expect from this website. The property is in a very poor condition with lots of mould in the bathroom, dirty furniture etc. When we discussed it with the rental agency we were told it was normally rented out to students! It was not a good start for a family taking a special holiday in Rome for the first time.We refused to stay there and fortunately the rental company provided an alternative place for us to stay...I strongly suggest avoiding this property at all costs. One week before our visit we were told we had to pay an additional tourist tax of Euro2 per person per night. It was not mentioned when we booked and paid in full for the property. I find such behaviour worrying.
Owner response:This review is not honest as the apartment is ideally located in heart centre at picturesque Trastevere district. Should a problem of mould has existed this has been already fixed.However,the substitution of the property with another one equivalent can happen, and is aimed in the exclusive interest of the client for turning him likewise satisfied with his accommodation in Rome.This is the professionalism of the agency managing this property.For this reason we decidedly reject this comment.Moreover, the local tax of 2 euros per person is obligatory for the law and represents the local tax for which the customers are duly informed.

We had a fantastic stay in this charming, spacious accommodation. The owner was helpful, meeting us on arrival. The Location is fantastic, in easy walking distance to all the main attractions and stunning churches, squares, and amazing restaurants. An authentic character filled property.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
