In case you didn't know, combining nearby Choctawhatchee Bay and the Destin Harbor, over 70 percent of our surrounding waters remain untouched. We are still able to provide a memorable boating and fishing experiences from any or our docks or at Legendary Marine which is located on Choctawhatchee Bay. Norriega Point beach remains sparkling clean, remains unaffected and available for exploration, relaxation, and weddings. HarborWalk Charters can offer fun filled trips from exciting adventures to relaxing sunset cruises. At HarborWalk Village. every night is jam packed with live music with more than thirty live bands weekly to dine and dance to. Savor the sights and sounds every night at HarborWalk Village. Families can explore other area attractions including water parks, YOLO boarding, amusement parks, aquariums, Le Grande Cirque, parasailing, and unique shopping.
The Gulf Terrace Condominiums are situated on 26 lush, gated and manicured acres in the Heart of Destin. Located on Highway 98, these condos are next to the Destin Resort and across from the Emerald Towers and SunDestin Condos.
Destin's sugar white beaches and emerald waters are just across the street. The beach, as well as over 20 restaurants, shopping, water park, and amusement park, are all within a five minute walk. If you have teenagers, they can walk to all the fun things to do.
There are three pools and tennis courts, a basketball court, and a fresh water lake on the property for fishing. Parking is at your door and the condos are in two story buildings. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.
This condo is located on the main floor and is easily accessible with no stairs to climb. It has gone through a complete restoration with new furnishings and accessories. The restoration was completed June, 2007.

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY - No refunds will be given unless:
a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area and/or
b. A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered,
Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

Year Purchased: 2005
We along with 3 other couples purchased this property for investment and fun in the sun five years ago. All the guys in our owner's group are general aviation pilots so you will see a few things related to flying in the unit. We remodeled the unit a few years ago and added an extra bathroom along with new tile, appliances, and furniture. All of us couples spent every weekend during the summer of 2007 remodeling the unit, from scraping the popcorn ceiling off to faux painting the walls we did just about all of it. I along with another of the girls made and/or purchased everything in the unit. We hope you enjoy your stay.
Why the Owner Chose Gulf Terrace
My family has been traveling to Florida and mostly the Gulf Coast since my own mother was a baby. So Destin was a natural choice for me and most of our friends have traveled to the Pan Handle their entire lives also. The water and atmosphere of Destin is very laid back and down to earth. My husband and I actually lived in Destin for a couple of years and truly learned the meaning of 'Jimmy Buffet Time'.

The great thing about Gulf Terrace is the location. It is right in the heart of things! Close to restaurants and great activities for kids. The complex is also gated and has several pools and even a small lake and fishing pier.
