Beautiful 2 bedroom townhouse style villa perfectly positioned on the second fairway of Hilton Head Island's World Class Harbour Town Golf Links. You can watch the golfers from your living room or deck and cool off in the beautiful pool just steps from your front door. Walking distance from the clubhouse and Harbour Town's scenic marina with it's beautiful lighthouse, wonderful restaurants, shopping and nightlife beckon you to enjoy Low-Country life at its very best.
This small community consists of 20 villas, making the pool feel like it belongs to you alone. It is located directly across from the villa.
The first floor has an open floor plan with two eating areas, a breakfast area in the kitchen next to a sunlit window and a dining room with skylights adjacent to the living room which has been newly decorated with a plush leather sofabed, loveseat and chair. It is equipped with a new 37 inch LCD TV. Off the living room is a bilevel deck with a table and chairs for dining on the top level and 2 lounge chairs below to relax and watch the golfers. It is equipped with a new Weber gas grill.
The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, large soaking bath and a separate shower. It has a private balcony overlooking the golf course. The guest bedroom will sleep four comfortably on two double beds and has its own bath. If you have a large family, they can sleep comfortably on the queen size sleeper sofa.
This peaceful community of Gleneagle Green is tucked away behind the Sea Pines Center where you can enjoy lunch or dinner at Truffles and stroll through the shops. You can also board the Sea Pines Trolley here to various destinations in Sea Pines if you prefer not to bike ride. Bikes can be rented at the Sea Pines Center. The Sea Pines Racquet Club is within walking distance and the Sea Pines Beach Club is a short bike ride.
