Beautiful 2 bedroom townhouse style villa located in the heart of Sea Pines perfectly positioned on the second fairway of Hilton Head Island's World Class Harbour Town Golf Links. You can watch the golfers from your living room or deck and cool off in the beautiful pool just steps from your front door. Walking distance from the clubhouse and Harbour Town's scenic marina with it's beautiful lighthouse, wonderful restaurants, shopping and nightlife beckon you to enjoy Low-Country life at its very best.
This small community consists of 20 villas, making the pool feel like it belongs to you alone. It is located directly across from the villa.
Gleneagle Green is next to the Sea Pines Center where you can enjoy lunch or dinner and stroll through the shops. You can also board the Sea Pines Trolley here to various destinations in Sea Pines or rent bikes to take advantage of the miles of trails for biking, walking or jogging. The Harbour Town Marina and The Sea Pines Racquet Club are within walking distance. The Sea Pines Beach Club is a short bike ride.
The villa's interior is nicely decorated. The first floor has an open floor plan with two eating areas, a breakfast area in the kitchen next to a sunlit window and a dining room with skylights adjacent to the living room which is decorated with plush leather furniture. It is equipped with a 37 inch LCD TV, DVD player and wireless internet
Off the living room is a bilevel deck with a table and chairs for dining on the top level and two lounge chairs below to relax and watch the golfers while reading a good book. It is equipped with a Weber gas grill.
The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, TV and DVD, large soaking bath and separate shower. It has a private balcony overlooking the golf course. The guest bedroom will sleep four comfortably on two double beds and has its own bath. If you have a large family, they can sleep on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Why the Owner Chose Gleneagle Green
We stayed at a few villa complexes in the Harbour Town area for years before we found Gleneagle Green. The units are bright with skylights and large windows overlooking the Harbour Town Golf Course. Sitting on the deck, you feel like you have a large manicured back yard which is actually the golf course. It has a sun filled eat-in kitchen. The complex is small so the pool is never crowded. The guest bedroom was large enough for 2 double beds to accomodate my girls and a friend or cousin. It is tucked away and peaceful but yet right in the middle of everything Harbour Town has to offer.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
A couple of very special features about our property:
Our villa is directly across from the pool which is usually empty.
We can walk to Harbour Town, dinner at Truffles or pizza at Giovannis.
Right outside our complex, we can board the Sea Pines Trolley to travel around Sea Pines.

This villa really had it all! It was much bigger than the pictures led us to believe. There is a table with 4 chairs in the kitchen that was not pictured! We really enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the golf course and grilling our freshly caught fish. The villas we have stayed in durings prior visits had sun rooms or screened rooms (no grills) but this was much more useful. I also liked that the laundry room was fairly large and not just a closet. And the pool was so convenient! Our boys even swam while we were loading the car on our last day! I was glad to let them get some exercise before the drive back north. Great villa-would recommend! Central location made biking to Harbor town and beach easy too.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
