Welcome to Tooties Bungalow! You can relax during your stay in our very quaint, livable and cozy bungalow. Our style is eclectic, fun, and family friendly. From the moment you walk through the leaded glass front door, you will feel like you're coming home. There's no need to worry about the small stuff, because Tooties is well stocked from extra linens to paper products, dish and bath soaps, cloths detergent and paper products.
You'll enjoy cooking in our fun & friendly kitchen that has everything (including ziplocs, foils, saran wraps etc). We provide a selection of fine coffees & tea, sugar & creamers. The fridge has a Brita water pitcher brimming with cold, fresh, clean water, plus you will enjoy our selection of fresh fruit, yummy cookies and beautiful fresh cut flowers.
Tooites was lovingly restored in 2007 and has gleaming hardwood floors and ceramic tile in the baths and kitchen. We work very hard preparing for your stay and spend many hours before your arrival cleaning, polishing and scrubbing so that your home will be immaculately clean. Our bed linen is soft & comfy with high thread count on new Serta Sleeper mattresses (very comfy). Our baths are stocked with large thirsty & soft white towels as well as bath soaps.
The 40" Sony HDTV flat screen is located in our cozy family room with leather furniture and warm fireplace. We have a small DVD selection of great movies, including the recently filmed movie about Aiken S.C. We also have a 20" flat screen TV in the master bedroom.
We welcome both children and pets(dogs).
Our backyard is safe and fenced. We have a small patio that includes gas grill and patio table, umbrella and chairs. We are located on the south side of Aiken in a well established, quite and safe neighborhood.
Tooties is located 2 blocks from Odell Weeks Recreation Park with excellent Walking Track, multiple tennis courts with our newly constructed tennis center. We also have an excellent Play Ground. We are walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and church. Minutes from Historic Downtown Aiken, Aiken Mile Track, Aiken Mall, Hopeland Gardens & Hitchcock Woods. We are 25 miles from Augusta Ga, 2 1/2 hours from Charlotte, NC, Charleston SC and Atlanta Ga.

Why the Owner Chose Aiken
We live in Aiken and decided on a whim to explore a dream of owning a guest home. Both Tooties Bungalow and "Sunny" have accommodated families from Ireland, Germany and all over the country. .
The Unique Benefits at this House
Tooties Bungalow has a great location. We are only minutes from Historic Downtown, Aiken Mall, Citizens Field, High Fields and Aiken Training Tracks. We are walking distance to Odell Weeks Rec Center, several restaurants, several grocery stores, school & church.

We've been VRBO guest for years and have always enjoyed the beautiful homes and friendly folks. When our son moved to Charlotte NC, we decided to renovate his home and convert it into a VRBO. We've had a wonderful time and have met folks from all over the world and the United States.

We really enjoyed staying in your beautiful home! The beds were so comfortable and everything was so clean. The gourmet coffee was a nice treat. My husband was pretty busy working but was happy to arrive home at night to BBQ on the grill. We found everything we needed at the home. You have thought of everything! Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

We were delighted with our stay in Aiken, SC and Tooties' Bungalow. The house is beautifully decorated, has a very comfortable homey feel to it and is equipped with everything you could need to enjoy your stay. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe during our visit. The house looks like the pictures and Debbie was most accomodating.

Stayed here for 3 weeks and we felt right at home. the decor is wonderful and everything I needed was there. Our dogs loved the fenced in back yard and Debbie and her family were very helpful during our stay. I will stay here again it was just like being home

I've been going to Aiken each winter for nine years, and Tootie's Bungalow is by far the nicest house I've rented. The cottage has been restored to impeccable condition, with beautiful furnishings, hardwood floors, and very tasteful decorating. The kitchen has been totally redone and is stocked with any appliances etc you might need. We were greated upon arrival with beds fully made, and everything in its place. The family room has a great fireplace and we spent many evenings relaxing in this cozy room. The outside yard is fully fenced and Debbie was very welcoming to our dogs. We couldn't believe a house so nice would even allow dogs! The nieghborhood is quiet and friendly. Anytime we had a question or needed something Debbie or her son responded immediately and couldn't have been nicer. We're already left a deposit for next year!
