Bring your wave-runner, fishing poles, or choose to relax out back. You will stay in a spacious, fully furnished home away from home, sure to include everything you need to relax, yet stay connected. High speed internet and free United States Phone calls will keep you connected, or turn it all off and just relax. New Braunfels has everything you need to make your vacation one to remember. We have the largest water park in the USA, Schlitterbahn, and the oldest operating dance hall in Texas, Gruene Hall. You can tube or raft the Guadalupe river or tube the Comal River. If shopping interests you, then you will want to visit one of the largest outdoor outlet malls in Texas in nearby San Marcos. Take in the historic sites of the Alamo in San Antonio or enjoy Six Flags San Antonio and Sea World San Antonio only a short 40 minute drive away. Of course just sitting on the deck and relaxing is always a favorite activity. Here in New Braunfels you will never run out of things to do. This NEW lake house on lake Dunlap is at the mouth of a canal on lake Dunlap, and easy access to the main body of water. The home has water front that can be used to tie up a small boat or jet, skis, should you chose to bring them. The back yard is great for horse shoes, washers or crochet. This home is 4 bedroom, with a game room. The Master has a King size bed, and TV. Two other rooms have Queen size beds. And the fourth bed room has two bunk beds for the kids. The bunk beds have a full on bottom and twin on top. The Game room has a TV, Pool Table, Foosball table, card table, Bunk Bed (same as kids room), and a couch. This room can be closed off and is pretty sound proof, should you need it. The living room has two couches, TV, Stereo, CD player, DVD, VHS, and Wireless internet. The home has a full kitchen with Frig, Microwave, double oven, cook top, and dishwasher. There are two tables for dining, one with 6 chairs, and the other with 4, there is also the table in the game room with another 4 chairs. So there is plenty of room for large groups. Outside there is a table and 6 chairs, next to the Bar B Q pit. This is a great home to bring a large group to enjoy everything this area has to offer. Please email with any questions!!!
