Our villa located at Imerovigli, “balcony of Santorini”, the highest point of the island at the rim of the caldera. A quiet and exclusive community, only 15 minutes walk from busy Fira, Santorini’s main town and center of activities and amenities. The view is equally magnificent as it is in Fira but with a quieter atmosphere. It is the perfect choice for those who want to be close to the lively and cosmopolitan life of the capital but not in it.
Coco & Belle Studio & Apartment are built on the famous Caldera cliff, 300 meters above the sea, with exquisite views of the rest of Santorini, its outer islands and the volcano in the immense bay below.
The apartment loft was constructed in a traditional cave house of Santorini with its studio loft annexed to it with one small but cosy balcony and in front of the villa, a large & private terrace, both offering a magnificent views of the Kaldera and the famous volcano. Coco & Belle is an idyllic place to stay and our goal is to make you feel the experience and the quality in a peaceful and private environment.
Coco(2-3 guests)consists of one small and cozy studio-loft annexed to the apartment with it own entrance, Coco can be also rented in combination with the apartment annexed to it for extra guests. The loft upstairs afford one small but cozy romm with two double beds and downstairs a sitting area with convertible bed, one bathroom and compact kitchenette and its own private balcony with the same enchanting views of the Aegean Sea, the caldera, the volcano and of course the magnificent Santorini sunset.
Belle (2-5 guests) is a traditional white cave house, self contained residence with 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 loft double bed and one single), 2 bathrooms (one with bath top and one with shower only), well equipped kitchen and leaving/dinning room. In front of the villa, a few steps down it has a large, beautiful & private terrace with glorious views (hot spring Thirasia, skaros...ruins of an old castle that were destroyed after earthquake in 1956).
Coco & Belle offer you all the comfort that provide a home and plus in a ideal environment & traditional Greek décor. Ideal for a couple or a family with 3 children’s it can be also rented in combination with the studio attached to it(all together 8 guests).
Notes on accommodations: We offer personalized assistance to all our guests for private tours, excursions, weddings and VIP services.
Coast/Beach: Nearest beach 6 km, quiet, nice and private. There are a few rare black sand beaches on Santorini; the most popular one is Red Beach, located in Akrotiri, 12 Km from our Villa.
Travel: Nearest Port 7km, nearest airport 6km. For exploring Santorini, we also recommend to rent a car.
Further details: Because of it proximity to Fira town, it is connected with an old path, offering tremendous views as you walk along, 20 minutes, it is worth!
Banks, bars, dance clubs, fashion stores, souvenirs, handmade jewelery shops and more are mainly located in Fira, 3 kilometers from our Villa. Also in Immerovigli, you can find recommended restaurants, crafts, Greek products and trendy coffee shops. There are also places where you can eat or have a drink, most of which have view to Caldera.
Hiking: From our Villa, cross the popular path that lead you to Oia, one of the most beautiful village of Santorini. It takes around 3 hours and offer fantastic views of the Caldera. Also a shorter alternative (15-20 minutes) is the part that takes you from Imerovigli into Firostefani and finally Fira town.
Imerovigli village: In Imerovigli lies the medieval castle of Skaros, old Venetian castle and from Skaros, you can follow the path that leads to Theoskepasti church, built on the rock with a breathtaking view. An other church in Imeroviligli, her name is Panagia Maltesa, with her blue dome!
The rates are quoted in euros for the apartment & studio, per day, without breakfast, include all the taxes. Check in time is 2pm. Check out time is 11am.
A 10% discount will apply for staying more then 7 days and for extra guests. Available all year on special requests.
Reservation confirmation: For any booking at My Perfect Villa, we kindly ask you to contact us by email or by telephone. In order to secure a booking we need to receive at least a two night's deposit. Remaining balance is due upon check out.
Cancellation policy: Any cancellation less than 21 days prior to the arrival date results in 50% payment of the entire booking. Any cancellation within seven (7) days prior to the arrival date or non appearance or less-stay, may result in 100% payment of the entire booking. The one night's deposit, after being paid, is non-refundable in any case, but can be used for re-booking purposes within one year.
Rates includes: Bottle of wine and flower, maid services and all the taxes. Coco & Belle offers you also the privilege to have sunbeds all time during the day at the beach of Perivolos.
Coco & Belle offer transfer service from/to Villa to Airport/port at a cost of 20 euros for 2 persons, each extra person, 5 euros. VIP transfer also offer on request.
A large swimming pool on the caldera with the same amazing view is available at 10 minutes walking from our villa at a cost of 15 euro per day. Include in price, sun beds and towels. |
