The houses that we propose are located at Imerovigli, “balcony of Santorini”, the highest point of the island at the rim of the cliff (caldera). The senery is so calmful and peaceful that puts you into the high captiviting energy of the island! From here you have a panoramique view of the hole island.
They have been designed and constructed in a traditional architectural style on 3 levels and 4 seperate units and belong to Folia Bianca company . Each level is self contained, offering a private balcony. All the studios and apartment are an idyllic place to stay and our goal is to make you feel the experience and the quality in a peaceful and private environment.
Imerovigli is a quiet and exclusive community, only 15 minutes walk from busy Fira, Santorini’s main town and center of activities and amenities. All units are 50/70 metres from the main parking, recommended restaurant, bakery, super market and Bus station.
Mi Amo (2 guests)
This open plan studio (30 scare meters) has its own entrance and its own private balcony. It affords one queen bed, one bathroom with shower, one open-plan living room & sitting area connected with a fully equipped kitchenette and a small dining area. The studio offer clear views of the see and volcano from the bedroom, living room and kitchen.
Outside, a 23 scare metres balcony offer total privacy with lounge sofa and 2 sunbed chairs & umbrella; the balcony is unique overlooking the volcano, the village and the surrounding.

Coco & Belle (apartment & small studio for 3-5 people)
The apartment Coco is built in the cliff as a traditional cave house style, his size with the studio is 110 scare metres. With its own entrance, its afford one main bedroom at the back of the house with double bed, one small single bedroom next to it, 2 bathrooms (one in suite to the main bedroom, the other one is next to the single bedroom). The main entrance opens to a large open-plan living and dining area with a small office and next to the entrance a small but charming traditional kitchen fully equipped.
The extension of the apartment, Belle is 2 floors (18 and 10 scare meters) and has its own entrance as well. Its affords one small bathroom with toilet and shower, 2 single beds upstairs and one convertible sofa- bed downstairs both rooms with windows with sea view in front. The small living areas downstairs offer as well a small kitchenette with coffee basics. Outside, the main entrance as well as one common balcony offers sitting in front area that shares the apartment and the studio with one table & sunset chairs.
In front of the apartment and the studio, a few steps down before the main entrance, one 25 scare metres balcony with 2 sun beds and chairs, overlooking the Caldera and offers amazing views of the volcano, the village itself and the surroundings.

NOTE ON THE ACTUAL SITUATION IN GREECE
The financial difficulties and resulting demonstrations here in Greece have been much in the news lately. We would like to inform you that although these problems are serious and distressing, Greece remains an extremely safe and civilized destination for tourists and travelers .Santorini and the other islands have experienced virtually no changes from these events, all businesses and services are functioning normally and thousands of people are enjoying the wonderful Greek holiday experience.
BOOKING NOTE
Check in time is flexible. Our maid will change your towels and linen at least every 2-3 days or at your convenience.
For any booking, we kindly ask you to contact us by email. In order to secure a booking we need to receive 30% of the entire booking.
Travel: Nearest Port 7km, nearest airport 6km, nearest beach 6km, main town 15 munites. For exploring Santorini, we also recommend to rent a car.
Further details: Because of it proximity to Fira town, it is connected with an old path, offering tremendous views as you walk along, 15 minutes, it is worth!
Banks, bars, dance clubs, fashion stores, souvenirs, handmade jewelery shops and more are mainly located in Fira, 3 kilometers from our Villa. Also in Immerovigli, you can find recommended restaurants, crafts, Greek products and trendy coffee shops. There are also places where you can eat or have a drink, most of which have view to Caldera.
HIKING PATH STARTING FROM OUR HOUSES
Near our houses, cross the popular path that lead you to Oia, one of the most beautiful village of Santorini. It takes around 3 hours and offer fantastic views of the Caldera. Also a shorter alternative (15-20 minutes) is the part that takes you from Imerovigli into Firostefani and finally Fira town.
We arrange transfer service from/to Villa to Airport/port at a cost of 20 euros for 2 persons, each extra person, 6 euros. VIP transfer also offer on request.
Availibility/calender: We do not put any availibility on request only.
Any cancellation less than 21 days prior to the arrival date results in 50% payment of the entire booking. Any cancellation within seven (7) days prior to the arrival date or non appearance or less-stay, may result in 100% payment of the entire booking. The deposit, after being paid, is non-refundable in any case, but can be used for re-booking purposes within one year.

June 2011. I just wanted to thank you for your efforts to make our stay at Mi Amo a holiday we'll always remember. It was fantastic! The apartment was all we had hoped for from the photo's we saw on your website. What you see there is exactly what you get and your description of the apartment and its surrounding location is all true. No unpleasant surprises, only good ones from the time of our arrival until our departure. The Airport transfers you arranged for us were so easy and relaxed. Everyone where you had said they would be at the right time. Your greeting and information at our initial meeting was superb and your special touches in the apartment were everwhere to be seen even including the candles for our evenings on the balcony with it's breathtaking views! My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Coco, Belle and Mi Amo on our Mediterranean vacation this past April. We rented all three apartments and could not have been happier with our accommodations. Christine met us at the apartments, had a porter waiting to take our suitcases down the stairs and gave us a personal tour of the properties. Her restaurant recommendations, maps of the islands and Fira, and list of "must see" sights were invaluable. The houses were comfortable and nicely decorated and had every amenity you could need. The views from the patios were the best and we found we spent most of our time out there having a drink and relaxing. The walking path into Fira was convenient and had amazing views. I know the next time we vacation in Santorini we will be staying here!

I stayed at Mi Amo in September 2010. The experience is magical. Being in Santorini in such a wonderful villa was priceless. The appartement that was built in the cycladic architectural style and has been beautifully and tastefully decorated. Waking up in the morning, sitting on your private terrasse and seeing the most beautiful view the world has to offer made me want to cry everytime.... The villa is perfect for a couple, it is fully furnished so you feel like you almost live there(we wish!). It is very clean and everything has been thought about, from fully furnished kitchen (I made great breakfast every morning!) to wireless internet to a cell phone you can use to reach Christine if you need. Christine is the best. She really knows about great customer service and she goes the extra mile. She will help you build a dream vacation, from restaurant suggestions to site seeing to car rental, she is an encyclopedia of knowledge about the Santorini she loves so much. Drinking a glass of Santorini wine on our private balcony, watching a breathtaking sunset from one of the island's best locations is a memory I will cherish forever. All I can say is that this villa was perfect in every way. I cannot wait to go back again and again.

We had the chance to stay at Mi Amo last summer. It was an absolute privilege. We never seen such breathtaking views. We enjoyed as well Christine recommendations and hospitality, she really like the island and we can feel it throught her generosity. Although the villa has a few quirks, it is very comfortable and convenient to so many things. And the VIEW!!! The view will take your breath away! Christina, the manager, is incredibly helpful and friendly and did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable, from arranging a rental car, to recommending restaurants and sightseeing. A great value.

Absolutely loved our stay at Coco & Belle (above Ti Amo). Christine was great and very helpful in making our stay enjoyable. You're given a cell phone to reach her and she helped arrange our car rental, which was delivered and picked up in the parking lot you arrive in. Both the master bedroom and the twin bed in the main house were comfortable. Both bathrooms were great. There was plenty of closet space in the main bedroom. The maid cleaned it every 3 days and you could choose new sheets or just new towels. The water did need to be turned on 20 minutes prior to get hot water (not a problem, but the water would still get intermittently cold when showering). Having free wifi was great but you had to be outside, far on the veranda. Just some quirks about living in a very thick house! Cell phone reception as well only worked when outside. The tv turned on but there is no cable. The bathroom in the studio is VERY small and claustrophobic, but the larger bathrooms in the main house were spacious. The only thing that would make the villa even more perfect would be having a washer/dryer. We hand washed & also took some laundry to Penguin in Fira but that was quite expensive but same day service. Having an iron, and the little things that make life comfortable were great! Even the US to EUR adapters and ipod charger were helpful! Enjoyed meeting the local cats... and enjoyed the sun on the veranda. It was semi private as there are no verandas directly next to you, only above you and to the side a few restaurants. I would advise anyone that there are quite a few steps down to the villa, and one staircase is quite steep with no rails. The transfer & porter service went smoothly. We took the bus to Oia and enjoyed Ammoudi Bay, and also walked to Fira, a good 15-30minute stroll, but lots of steps again. We took a boat ride to the volcano, Thirassia, and Oia and took the donkey ride up. What an experience! Of our 3 week vacation in various countries, our favorite time was here at the villa in Imerovigli. I would recommend this to others and stay here again on my next trip!

This review is about the villa Coco & Belle only. We we disappointed : the housing was musty, so much that the sheets were wet all night. The kitchen was too small for cooking, the tap "exploded" every morning. You had to turn off the electricity meter before running water under pain of being electrocuted. Housing without any charm, finishes do not seem adequate (air vent under a carpet of the bathroom missing) ... All this for an excessive price. The last day, the person who was supposed to help us to carry the luggage (there are a lot of stairs to climb) never came. The only positive point is the view.

If you have never been to Santorini, stop what you are doing right now, get on a plane, and stay at the Mi Amo villa in charming Imerovigli. It has to be the most glorious and awe-inspiring place in the entire world. Mi Ami is the perfect accommodation for a couple, very private, and the HUGE terrace with a staggering view of the entire Caldera (with lounge chairs, and a romantic cushioned two-seater). Having explored other parts of Santorini, the view from Mi Amo has to be the BEST. The villa has everything you could need for your stay, including wifi internet, selection of music, A/C + powerful fan, cleaning service every two days, and well-stocked kitchen with spices and all crockery. Great for cooking a meal for two, enjoying a glass of local wine, watching the sunset, and then star gazing. There are grocery shops nearby to buy local produce, the staff at Jimmy's are very helpful and friendly. You can walk into the main town Fira in about 15-20mins, which is worth a visit but can be quite touristy as all the cruise ships stop there. The photos of the villa are gorgeous, but simply cannot do the villa justice, it is even more spectacular in person. Christine welcomed us upon arrival, and provided us with her own map of "must-sees" during our 4-day stay, which was a great help. We have recommended this villa to all our friends and family, and we will be back again in the future. Efharisto Christine!

I stayed in Coco & Belle with siblings and friends. We had an amazing time and have since recommended this place to many people (including our parents!). Christine was a great host full of suggestions and she even provided us with a map on which she had marked all of her favourite places to eat, beaches to visit and other things to see. She even highlighted certain ones based on our ages and on the duration of our visit. The villa is exactly as you see in the pictures. There is a small but well-equipped kitchen in the bigger of the two, Belle, and the other one, Coco, we used only for sleeping. The beds are clean as are the bathrooms. The water was a little bit cold at times, but it was kind of nice in the hot weather and should definitely not be the deciding factor on whether or not you rent Coco & Belle. The veranda is gorgeous and quite private as there were no villas directly on either side. The view from the veranda we thought was even better than that of Oia and we would recommend staying here for sure!!! -- THANKS AGAIN CHRISTINE! :)
