Our villa located at Imerovigli, “balcony of Santorini”, the highest point of the island at the rim of the caldera. A quiet and exclusive community, only 15 minutes walk from busy Fira, Santorini’s main town and center of activities and amenities. The villa is 50/70 metres from the main parking, recommended restaurant, bakery, super market and Bus station.
Coco & Belle and Mi Amo, Apartment Studios & are built on the famous Caldera cliff, 300 meters above the sea, with exquisite views of the rest of Santorini, its outer islands and the volcano in the immense bay below.
The apartment Coco with its own entrance has one main bedroom with double bed, one small single bedroom, 2 bathrooms (one in suite to the main bedroom), a large open-plan living and dining area and a small kitchen. The extension of the apartment, Belle has its own entrance and affords one small bathroom with toilet, 2 single beds upstairs and one convertible sofa- bed downstairs. Outside, the main entrance as well as one common balcony offers sitting area that shares the apartment and the studio. In front of the villa, a few steps down, one large balcony with 2 sun beds and chairs, overlooking the Caldera offers amazing views of the volcano and the surroundings. Coco & Belle are rented always together for more privacy. Our guests have access to both of them on request.
The studio lofts Mi Amo, located one level below the villa has its own entrance and its own private balcony. It affords one queen bed, one bathroom with shower, one open-plan living room connected with a small kitchen (full equipped with refrigerator) and a small dining area. Outside, a large and private balcony with lounge furniture’s overlooking the Caldera offers the same amazing views of the volcano and the surrounding. Note: you can rent each unit separately or in combinations.
Coco & Belle and Mi Amo offers you all the comfort that provide a home and plus in a ideal environment & traditional Greek décor. They can be rented individuality or in combinaison, all together for 9 guests.

Early booking discount
Booking received by the 31st of March of 2010 will receive a 10% discount off this rate! If you pay the reservation in full at the time of booking, we will be glad to offer another 5% discount off this rate.

For honeymooners, please let us the privilege to introduce you the following package for an 100 euro add to your reservation that will include;
- transfers both ways (the driver will be at airport/port with your name on a board to take you to the villa)

Coast/Beach: Nearest beach 6 km, quiet, nice and private. There are a few rare black sand beaches on Santorini; the most popular one is Red Beach, located in Akrotiri, 12 Km from our Villa.
Travel: Nearest Port 7km, nearest airport 6km. For exploring Santorini, we also recommend to rent a car.
Further details: Because of it proximity to Fira town, it is connected with an old path, offering tremendous views as you walk along, 20 minutes, it is worth!
Banks, bars, dance clubs, fashion stores, souvenirs, handmade jewelery shops and more are mainly located in Fira, 3 kilometers from our Villa. Also in Immerovigli, you can find recommended restaurants, crafts, Greek products and trendy coffee shops. There are also places where you can eat or have a drink, most of which have view to Caldera.
Hiking: From our Villa, cross the popular path that lead you to Oia, one of the most beautiful village of Santorini. It takes around 3 hours and offer fantastic views of the Caldera. Also a shorter alternative (15-20 minutes) is the part that takes you from Imerovigli into Firostefani and finally Fira town.
Imerovigli village: It is position in the privileged position of the Caldera overlooking Thirasia at he background. The csenery is so calmful and peaceful that puts you into the high captiviting energy of the island!Fro here you have a panoramique view of the hole island. In Imerovigli lies the medieval castle of Skaros, old Venetian castle, a post-byzantine momument and was use as an observatory. Also from Skaros, you can follow the path that leads to Theoskepasti church, built on the rock with a breathtaking view. An other church in Imeroviligli, her name is Panagia Maltesa, with her blue dome!
The rates are quoted in euros for 2 persons, per day, without breakfast, include maid services all the taxes. Check in time is flexible. Our maid will chenge your towels and linen at least every 2-3 days or at your convenience.

Reservation confirmation: For any booking at My Perfect Villa, we kindly ask you to contact us by email or by telephone. In order to secure a booking we need to receive 30% of the entire booking. Remaining balance is due upon check in, cash only.
Cancellation policy: Any cancellation less than 21 days prior to the arrival date results in 50% payment of the entire booking. Any cancellation within seven (7) days prior to the arrival date or non appearance or less-stay, may result in 100% payment of the entire booking. The deposit, after being paid, is non-refundable in any case, but can be used for re-booking purposes within one year.
Coco & Belle offer transfer service from/to Villa to Airport/port at a cost of 20 euros for 2 persons, each extra person, 6 euros. VIP transfer also offer on request.
