Our villa located at Imerovigli, “balcony of Santorini”, the highest point of the island at the rim of the caldera. A quiet and exclusive community, only 15 minutes walk from busy Fira, Santorini’s main town and center of activities and amenities. The villa is 50/70 metres from the main parking, recommended restaurant, bakery, super market and Bus station.
Coco & Belle Studio & Apartment are built on the famous Caldera cliff, 300 meters above the sea, with exquisite views of the rest of Santorini, its outer islands and the volcano in the immense bay below.
The apartment was constructed in a traditional cave house of Santorini with its studio loft annexed to it with one small but cosy balcony and its own entrance. In front of the villa, two steps down, a large & private terrace, both offering a magnificent views of the Kaldera and the famous volcano. Coco & Belle is an idyllic place to stay and our goal is to make you feel the experience and the quality in a peaceful and private environment.
Coco(2-4 guests)consists of one small and cozy studio-loft annexed to the apartment with it own entrance, Coco was buil like an extra bedroom studio for extra guests. The loft upstairs afford one small but cozy romm with two double beds and downstairs a sitting area with convertible bed, one bathroom and compact and its own private balcony with the same enchanting views of the Aegean Sea, the caldera, the volcano and of course the magnificent Santorini sunset. Cofee facilities and air conditionning.
Belle (3 guests) is a traditional white cave house, self contained residence with 3 bedrooms (1 queen, and one single), 2 bathrooms (one with bath top and one with shower only), well equipped kitchen and leaving/dinning room. In front of the villa, a few steps down it has a large, beautiful & private terrace with glorious views (hot spring Thirasia, skaros...ruins of an old castle that were destroyed after earthquake in 1956).
Coco & Belle offer you all the comfort that provide a home and plus in a ideal environment & traditional Greek décor. Ideal for a couple or a family with 3 children’s it can be also rented in combination with the studio attached to it(all together 7 guests).

Coast/Beach: Nearest beach 6 km, quiet, nice and private. There are a few rare black sand beaches on Santorini; the most popular one is Red Beach, located in Akrotiri, 12 Km from our Villa.
Travel: Nearest Port 7km, nearest airport 6km. For exploring Santorini, we also recommend to rent a car.
Further details: Because of it proximity to Fira town, it is connected with an old path, offering tremendous views as you walk along, 20 minutes, it is worth!
Banks, bars, dance clubs, fashion stores, souvenirs, handmade jewelery shops and more are mainly located in Fira, 3 kilometers from our Villa. Also in Immerovigli, you can find recommended restaurants, crafts, Greek products and trendy coffee shops. There are also places where you can eat or have a drink, most of which have view to Caldera.
Hiking: From our Villa, cross the popular path that lead you to Oia, one of the most beautiful village of Santorini. It takes around 3 hours and offer fantastic views of the Caldera. Also a shorter alternative (15-20 minutes) is the part that takes you from Imerovigli into Firostefani and finally Fira town.
Imerovigli village: It is position in the privileged position of the Caldera overlooking Thirasia at he background. The csenery is so calmful and peaceful that puts you into the high captiviting energy of the island!Fro here you have a panoramique view of the hole island. In Imerovigli lies the medieval castle of Skaros, old Venetian castle, a post-byzantine momument and was use as an observatory. Also from Skaros, you can follow the path that leads to Theoskepasti church, built on the rock with a breathtaking view. An other church in Imeroviligli, her name is Panagia Maltesa, with her blue dome!
The rates are quoted in euros for the apartment & studio, per day, without breakfast, include all the taxes. Check in time is 2pm. Check out time is 11am.
Reservation confirmation: For any booking at My Perfect Villa, we kindly ask you to contact us by email or by telephone. In order to secure a booking we need to receive 25% of the entire booking. Remaining balance is due upon check in, cash only.
Cancellation policy: Any cancellation less than 21 days prior to the arrival date results in 50% payment of the entire booking. Any cancellation within seven (7) days prior to the arrival date or non appearance or less-stay, may result in 100% payment of the entire booking. The deposit, after being paid, is non-refundable in any case, but can be used for re-booking purposes within one year.
Rates includes: maid services and all the taxes. We will change your linen every 2-3 days, please let us know. Mimimum of staying, 3 nights.
Coco & Belle offer transfer service from/to Villa to Airport/port at a cost of 20 euros for 2 persons, each extra person, 6 euros. VIP transfer also offer on request.
