View from the Beach - Keuka Lake Vacation Rental The cottage is a traditional farmhouse style lakefront home. From the highway, there is a 200' private wooded drive to house. From the front room there is a fully glassed 180 degree view of the vortex of Keuka Lake, which has the shape of a "Y". The "front" yard, between the house and the lake, is almost level 100x100 lawn and leads to over 100' of level lakefront. Near shore is 50' of shallow water, with a 50' dock and a float standing in 6' of water. Keuke Lake has some of the clearest water in the Finger Lakes, owing to local policing of effluent since the 1950's. The view from the cottage and the beach is south, west and north. It is gorgeous! Plenty of beach furniture and campfire location.
