The cottage is a traditional farmhouse style lakefront home. From the highway, there is a 200' private wooded drive to the house on a three-cottage cul de sac, traffic free. From the front room there is a fully glassed 180 degree view of of Keuka Lake. The "front" yard, between the house and the lake, is almost level 100'x100' lawn and leads to over 100' of level lakefront. Near shore is 50' of shallow water, with a 50' dock and a float standing in 6' of water.
Keuka Lake has some of the clearest water in the Finger Lakes, owing to local policing of effluent since the 1950's. The view from the cottage and the beach is south, west and north. It is gorgeous! Plenty of beach furniture and campfire location. Covered patio allows for outdoor relaxation and dining; multiple indoor/outdoor eating areas.

My family has returned to this homey well maintained cottage for 2 years. There are nine of us and each one begs to go back. The yard is spacious and allows for shade and sun, we boat, kayak, ski, go tubing and than rest in the welcoming sunset over Keuka Lake. Comfortable furnishing, great water access, private and quiet.
